Great spot near the golden 1 center . We had a great time
-
Our room wasn’t available. There was only one bed and no extra bedding for the person who was supposed to have the second bed.
-
While checking out, we went downstairs to get the complementary breakfast, to find a few options. All they had were bread items, muffins, bagels, and English muffins. No fruit, oatmeal or dietary options. Not to mention, they DID NOT even provide complementary COLD WATER, apple juice or OJ. Not even complementary bottled waters in our room. We will not be returning.

I will not be back there and not sure I will use hotels.com again since they are the ones who suggested it.

Very conveniently located hotel. Adjacent to Godlen One Arena withing walking distance. It isn't fancy but it is clean enough!
-
Although the room was clean, the property on its own was not. It will be a great property once it’s renovated, but it will take a while. I think their prices should be lowered while it’s under construction to attract more people.

After the positive reviews as of late with hotel renovation, I thought this would be a decent option closest to Amtrak. The ONLY benefit to this hotel is proximity to Amtrak station being across the street and arriving at 1am bring more safe if a walk. The “renovated” room was worse than my last motel 6 in Ventura. The AC was cranking which was a desperately needed in 100 degree temps, and mostly clean. The white bed linens had a few brown spots and floor boards were unfinished I. A few areas. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no cups at all. The “continental breakfast” was a few different slices of bread, a pastry wrapped in plastic similar to what you would buy at 7-11, and brewed coffee with no creamer, no lids, no regular sugar only (super substitutes) and no other drink options for my teenager. I should have booked at the Holiday Inn instead for a few dollars more….

Excellent place to stay, the staff are good
-
Under construction (remodel) but still had a good night sleep. 2nd time staying there for the game. Will stay again.
-
Clean room, helpful staff and basic breakfast, nice to have free parking
-
The hotel is under going construction. We could only have coffee and toast for breakfast. We advised the hotel staff of non working items in the room and they didn't seem to be concerned.

The rooms are clean and plenty of parking

The floor was dirty my feet were almost black when I went to sit down (a few minutes after I got there) I had to get back up to wash them. I had to go down to get an I bucket and the front desk said they would have someone to bring it down. The person Kenton the door and I had to tell her what I needed. Then she brought it down without a lid. You had to hold the button for the coffee pot to work. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. This place is not good. Don’t go.

I travel often and this hotel was one of the best stays due to the cleanliness and helpfulness from staff. Highly recommend. I will stay here whenever I come to Sacramento.

Please fix your elevator
-
The pool and location is 100% worth it. Some construction going on but nothing to major. Cant beat the price!!!
-
I expended my staying because I needed to fix my schedule. So I asked the staffs 2-3 times to link two schedules and fix a room for my roommate who has trouble walking . But we ended up to move our room after 1 day.

Good costumer service, clean rooms, rooms and lots of parking.
-
Nice clean pool and hot tub, close to the Golden 1 Center for events with a less than 5 minute walk. The room was kind of outdated but they seem to be doing renovations. Elevator was broken so stairs were the only option.

This is a solid budget friendly choice in the heart of Sacramento. It's outstanding location can not be over stated. Steps away from the Golden One Center, historic downtown, shopping... with free parking. This is not a luxury hotel, and the bathrooms could use a remodel, but the windows are huge, the rooms are large and clean, and the staff handles everything quickly and politely. I have no reservations to recommend this stay.
