Hospitality, very clean, accessible to restaurants and shopping

My only complaint is the pool closes way too early. I think there should be summer hours for when it’s light out later and super hot in Sacramento. As someone who’s in town for business, by time my work day ends I get little time to enjoy the pool which is a big part of why I stay here. Even if it becomes 21 and up pool time that would be great. Other than that I love this hotel!

rhe staff were exceptionally friendly and made my check-in experience wonderful. The hotel is in a perfect location, with both the Old Town and the Riverwalk within walking distance. There are also many great restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Always enjoy our stay here. Usually a quick overnight to not have to drive a couple of hours to get to the airport for a 5am flight. This last time, able to stay two nights and enjoyed the pool. The staff are friendly. Great drinks at Echo and Rig.

Everything about my stay was top notch. We were politely greeted and checked in very quickly with some complimentary prosecco. I arrived right at my check in time and my room was available with no wait. The room was very clean with every amenity I could need available. I got a nice workout in at the on site gym which is head and shoulders above your average hotel gym with plenty of equipment for a good workout. We also checked out the rooftop pool which we very enjoyable and had staff available for any and all needs. I used the available valet and never had to wait more than just a few minutes for my car. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay and I look forward to visiting again.

The pool area is really nice. They have service for the pool area. They have social hour which has wind and an appetizer for the guest.

We did our research on dog friendly hotels and The Kimpton Sawyer came up as the best and it was. The price was great and they didn’t charge any dog fees like other hotels. There were two potty locations available for the dogs which was great. The location of the hotel itself was perfect, downtown was near by for some shopping as well as many food spots. The staff was great! I was in need of some items and the front desk gave them, free of charge. I definitely was expecting to be charged so it was a nice surprise!

I absolutely adore staying at the Kipton. The location, staff, and amenities were all top-notch. The room had an unusual smell when we first arrived, but we quickly got used to it. It was a great bonus that the Revival was on-site. We had a fantastic time there.
