Very quiet even during a busy time. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was nice

While the beds were clean, the bathroom was filthy. When I pulled the sofa towards the bed to prevent our child from falling, I discovered dead insects underneath. To make matters worse, the breakfast was terrible and extremely insufficient. On a positive note, the pool was nice and the location is very convenient to the beach. However, they charge a $15 daily fee for parking. When you add that cost, you could easily find a cleaner hotel closer to the beach. We managed to stay for two nights, but we will never return.

I liked that is was walking distance to the beach and restaurants The beds were not comfortable, the breakfast was less than mediocre. They cleaned the waffle maker during the prime time of breakfast and waffles are the only decent item they offer for breakfast. Their sausage is microwave and they have powder eggs. The hot tub is more like a Luke warm bath tub. The bathroom door has no handle inside allowing you to easily close the door. The rooms are very small for 2 beds and there is not many accessible outlets. You have to pay to park everyday which is ridiculous considering I paid an arm and a leg to stay here. The covers on the bed are like tissue paper and do not keep you warm, it’s literally a sheet, no comfort or blanket.

The hotel was great. Location was perfect. Pool was very nice. Our only issue was bed was too hard. Breakfast area was really small. I will book there again soon.

Across the street from public beach access. Good location. Ok room , had what was needed . Parking fee attached to room price.

Our room was humid and the ac / fan couldn't control the humidity so the room was constantly moist. Bathtub didn't drain well, hair in the sink when we arrived and floor was dirty / sandy. We were locked out of our room 2x because the keycard wasn't working and had to get a working key card twice. We had to wait 5 minutes while the attendant was on their cell phone before coming from the office to help us. Breakfast was not hot and not many options. Paid plenty for the room and was added a 15.00 per day parking fee.

We did not eat the breakfast at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was excellent. I normally do not stay in hotels with exterior rooms for saftey. The photos online did not show exterior rooms. This hotel had no elevator and we were on the second floor. We had to haul our luggage upstairs and we are all seniors. The ice machine on the second floor was broken. We had to go downstairs to get ice. Very inconvenient for seniors.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Parking. Not enough spaces and parking charge to high.

Decent place for the money. Just don’t stay upstairs because there’s no water pressure in the shower!! Pool was freezing cold but we stayed first week of May 2026. Staff was very nice.

Would not return. Dirty floors. Charged for parking. Then problem with our bill at the end.

For the price it was nice . My sheets had a few small rips on them; shower kept stopping up; shower did t get very warm; floor was not very clean when we arrived; killed a few bugs (Florida??) in the room.

Location, we got a great upgrade They started charging $15.00 plus tax a day for parking. I don’t think you should pay for parking, you have to park to stay there. I could understand paying for additional cars after the first car per room because if limited parking lot and I’m sure some families probably bring more than one car. We go to this motel almost every summer and also our family reunion came a few years ago and many stayed here, we will probably not return because of paid parking.

Our room was newly renovated and quite nice, except that the shower tile was quite mildew and was a bit musty. In general the outside was a bit shabby. The bed was comfy and room clean, just the shower was questionable.

Last night we stayed in Best Western Seaside in St Augustine. Upon arrival we were charged for parking. Our room, although clean, was disappointing after the previous nights accommodation, as only one mirror & one dressing area …the fridge didn’t work, there was no internet access as it would not connect, plus bedside chargers would not work either! This morning we had water dripping from room above leaving a puddle on floor & dripping on us as we were trying to pack up, which made us delayed for breakfast, getting there at just after 9 when hardly anything left, other drinks & cold eggs, even cutlery had run out There was so little left that we had to go to buy some breakfast elsewhere later Overall after such a great experience the night before, we were very disappointed

Close to the beach walk across the street allowed to bring pets breakfast was available The rooms were big had alot of space the king bed was a little hard and the floor was very dirty needed mopping other than that it was good
