The room was very clean and nice! We slept peacefully and it was quiet there away from the hustle and bustle in downtown area. We were close to everything- including the beach, downtown attractions, and restaurants. Vilano beach was 6 miles from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much!😄

Spa was broken, no cleaning service and breakfast was awful we actually had to go out to get it on our own. I asked about cleaning service at 2pm and was told "they'll come around". Which they didn't and later someone more helpful let me know nobody was working that day. I usually can roll with some challenges but this was awful as my kids said "the worst hotel " they've stayed in
