Breakfast. Room cleanliness. Friendly staff. Our air conditiiner was finicky, but we made it work for us.

Breakfast was good. Mattress comfortable The USB plugs we’re fake! The bathtub drain didn’t work we would shower and it would turn into a bath. Not enough towels for the people staying in the room. We were 4 and only got 3 towels. The elevator didn’t work we needed to climb the stairs with our suit cases!

The room had a musty smell soon as we walked in the beds weren’t very comfortable and the breakfast wasn’t what we expected items were cold and no flavor we left and went elsewhere for breakfast

We stayed for one night and the hotel was clean and perfect for our purpose. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone, it needs a lot of attention. 1 of the elevators was not working, and it was extremely hot when riding in it. Hallways was very hot also. Room did not feel clean. I cleaned and bleached everything before touching, and sprayed a whole can of Lysol on the bed. Best Western Plus y'all need to do better. I will never stay there again.

The room was nice and large, clean and comfortable beds for a good night sleep. The continental breakfast was very nice as well and liked how they had free coffee machines 24/7 in the lobby.
