Great staff and was very clean. Our room was kinda warm even with the AC all the way down and the mattress protector made me break out in hives. Other than that, was perfect.

It was close to the amphitheater The a/c in the room worked but EVERYTHING was damp. The bedding, the carpet, the towels.

Our short stay was great. The staff at the front desk was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was good too.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great. However, if you are not check out by 10 AM housekeeping will knock and walk into your room. Lastly, there is a $10 parking charge per day per vehicle that is not disclosed at booking, please be aware.

For the most part the hotel was clean. Our room was clean until our last night were there was ants on the nightstand on the light by the bed and then a small roach when we're packing up to leave. Also on check out day, the elevator went out and we had to carry out stuff down 3 flight of stairs!

The breakfast was good Being moved to a different room at 9pm at night because of the A/C was making noise, the tv went out and had to be fixed, and nobody was properly cleaning the pool regularly

The room was okay, I loved the breakfast. I enjoyed my stay. My family was also able to room close to each other, so it was great. We also had space to hang out and eat as a family. Thank you The carpets in the rooms felt dirty. I was so afraid to walk bare feet on it and did not feel comfortable letting my daughter sit on it. The linens also did not smell fresh.
