Stayable St. Augustine

Reasonably priced with great location, people and service GREAT!!! Laundry room, machines broken and the two that did work had bad odors

This property had staff but they were very difficult to reach. Everything went through an AI assistant which is very stressful when you are traveling and on a tight schedule. The area do not seem the safest at night. The room deposit was $100 for an overnight in a very cheap motel. Late checkout was an extra $25 ( no worries we didn’t want to stay an extra second). Staff did not wear name badges and there did not seem to be any standard of professional dress. The room had a dead bug in it and the floor had not been swept. It was dirty and run down with an unsafe feel. The wort of it all is not being able to reach a human on the phone immediately but instead having to go though AI and waiting for a call back.

They tried to make me pay $10 for fresh towels after staying 6 days. No one was ever in the office and if you text the number for help they were rude. No trash cans in the rooms and you have to take your own trash to the dumpster. Horrible customer service

This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed in, I’m not just saying this because I’m upset with somebody there, I mean it do not I mean do not bring your family or yourself to a horrible place like that, there is no staff, the rooms are all broken under construction, theeres no light bulbs in any lamps, no WiFi seriously think about somewhere else.

the location customer service and no towels and i was charged twice k for towetls several times first they said ythey had to wash some and then said the had to go to walmart and get som they never got towels i will never useeAs booking or the stayables again and i was charge on june 16 and did not stay there please have some one call me about 904 671 3997

Door was broken , area was bad , room was dirty and smelled. refused to switch rooms told us our only option was to stay 3 nights and maintenance would fix it then. They refused to answer phone for Expedia support then lied saying we were offered another room so they could keep our money. They said if I wanted a full refund I should have expressed my displeasure in advance and cancel 24 hours prior. When notifying the onsite manager that I can’t be away of a broke door before I get there all they could say to me was “that’s fair but refunds are still not in their policy” Definitely do not recommend. Especially for vacation because they advertise a nice place to stay but is obviously motel people live in not vacation in.
