Stayable St. Augustine

they never got towels i will never useeAs booking or the stayables again and i was charge on june 16 and did not stay there please have some one call me about 904 671 3997

Door was broken , area was bad , room was dirty and smelled. refused to switch rooms told us our only option was to stay 3 nights and maintenance would fix it then. They refused to answer phone for Expedia support then lied saying we were offered another room so they could keep our money. They said if I wanted a full refund I should have expressed my displeasure in advance and cancel 24 hours prior. When notifying the onsite manager that I can’t be away of a broke door before I get there all they could say to me was “that’s fair but refunds are still not in their policy” Definitely do not recommend. Especially for vacation because they advertise a nice place to stay but is obviously motel people live in not vacation in.

The room was clean and staff was nice

The pool and place is quiet and everything Nothing that I know of

Nothing- Unsafe Waited 30 minutes to check in. There was no one there . This is at 11pm with people congregating around outside.

Pool Staff in professional hard to find and didn’t have towels and wash clothes

We waited a long time for someone to attend to us—20 minutes. The door was locked, and no one answered the phones. If it weren't for a woman who had locked her keys inside and was also trying to get someone's attention, no one would have shown up to help us.

I did not like anything about this property. First problem was the check-in situation was awful.I have stayed in many of hotels.I have never had to go through the c*** that I went through to check in with this place. When my son and I opened the door to the room we were immediately hit with a God awful smell in this room. It smelt moldy and smelt, like straight up Clorox, it was very strong.And the floors We're nasty , they're coming apart and they were dirty and sticky i was very upset about this. Here it was after midnight , when we got checked in and i call around and found another hotel to stay at. So we did not stay at this property so I would like to get my deposit back and a refund.Because we have to stay at another property because we could not stand a nasty smell.I have asthma in the first place 336-464-5059 I did not like any of it at all.Very unhappy customer i have booked a many of hotels through booking .com and never had any kind of problems , which this is definitely not a bookings. Com problem this is a property problem. I am a requesting to have a refund sent back in my deposit sent back please

close to everything, quiet area not enough parking, wasn’t that clean but it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be fixed.

The bed was very uncomfortable see a few cockroachs

Close to 95 It was dirty, there were no towels, there was no one at the desk, had to text to get any info on how to get into the room, it smelled like cigarettes in the room and the blankets were stained.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. There were spiders and roaches in our room. The floor was nasty and nail clippings were left on it. The towels weren't even clean; one had a hairball in it and hadn't been washed at all. There was no effort to clean the room at all. When we requested a new room, no one got back to us. Then we went to check with the front desk about it, but no one was there. Out of the times we went to the front office two times out of three no one was there. What kind of customer service is that!! Your hotel clearly had no respect for customers. I will never stay there again!

Worst experience every. No one working the Lobby. Expedia should remove the property listing
