Do yourself a favor and don’t try to save the 50 bucks by staying here, it’s not worth it.

The check-in was very good staff, as challenging as they could be with the accommodations. The room had water on the floor right as you entered and a bad odor. The were quick to give us another room which was better with no smell, but little and live roaches in the bathtub and scattered dead ones under coffee pot and floor. It definitely needed updating, even the towels looked old but they were clean. Pool was closed, really on July 4th!! They gave no reason for that, and NO discount. Last stay for me here, and its too bad because the location is excellent.

Check in starts at 3, I got there at 4 with my room already prepaid and reserved. The room was not ready and I had to wait an hour for my room to be cleaned. After all of that my keycards constantly stopped working and I had to go to the front desk 3 times with my toddler very inconvenient. Also they claim it’s a non-smoking hotel, the room reeked of cigarettes and the we were looking forward to the pool and it was unavailable due to a crack in it

Started a full week and had everything I needed. Secure building.. clean room.. great ac.. I will be back

The bathtub was dirty and smelled like urine. I had to buy bleach to clean it. They didn't serve us breakfast, even though the reservation said it was included. And they haven't been serving breakfast for quite some time now.

Gave me two rooms, the first one has a broken sink. Second one smelled.

No breakfast it was closed every day Cleanliness of house keeping and fixing the on site washer and dryer to work properly! Washer and dryer dont work, the place has people living in the back part of the hotel constantly selling and smoking weed. Theres cops there every day ! Fights arguments at 3am . Rooms was clean when we got there but I left for the day came back hoping my room would have been at least swept and trash taken out and clean towels to only seeing they took 1 can of trash ( the bathroom ) and did nothing else! I also booked 2 rooms months in advance asking for 2 rooms next to each because I had my 70 year old mother with who has a hard time walking and caring for herself. Needless to say that didn't happen they gave us 2 rooms down from each other on the 2nd floor where there are nothing but stairs. Iv never seen a hotel that had so many people who live in it like its some hood rat high-rise. Every license plate on that property was in state but mine and 1 other !

The repair man that came and fixed our television every day of our stay Room was not cleaned, hairdryer had stuff all over it, lamp shade was filthy

Staff very nice. Clean. Convince to all attractions and Beaches.

Need to fix other washing machine. Also need at least a hour to properly dry full load. Every other red roof it’s an hour for cycle.
