Breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The only suggestion I have is to put either stickers or a bath mat in the tub. The floor is very slippery. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

A small hotel with all the essential amenities conveniently available. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and we truly appreciated the wonderful service. Highly recommended!

description of the room was "sleeps 3 people" Do we suppose to sleep the 3 in the same bed? Front desk told the hotel was sold out so we had no choice than sleep 3 persons in 1 bed.

The room smelled like wet dog...but room was clean sheets fine pillows suck...then in morning I used the ladies room by the desk and there was dried blood on floor in several places. .this is uncalled for and disgusting ...it was dried up so that bathroom hadn't been cleaned in at least a day ..I would never go back there...

This location is an older facility and its wear shows. The beds were clean and comfy, but the AC unit and phone were dusty and I couldn’t call the front desk when I needed it, the tub was very worn and stained, and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. Despite requesting a crib before and at check-in so it’d be ready for bedtime, I later found out they had zero cribs on-site; the employee said others must have stolen them and that they didn’t get families often so there hasn’t been a need. He told me he could give me extra blankets and sheets (for a baby). Luckily, my baby was older and I had the option of a third-party pack and play, so it was a non-issue this time.

Everywhere went it seems like they did a quick paint job. Including the bathtub, which I was really hoping to enjoy but again parts of the faucet were quickly painted over and it looked like it seen better days.

The outside of the room areas seemed very clean and well-maintained. Everywhere went it seems like they did a quick paint job. Including the bathtub, which I was really hoping to enjoy but again parts of the faucet were quickly painted over and it looked like it seen better days.

10/10! The guy at the front desk, I didn’t catch his name, but he was great from the beginning. The power went out in our room and he immediately came to check on it and get our family of five and two dogs into a new room. We had a great stay and the free breakfast was very beneficial for our family since it would have cost us a lot just to feed our family breakfast somewhere. I saw the housekeepers too working really hard to keep this place clean and up to par.

All front desk staff friendly and great! To name a few… Astrid and Jason. There were others also. Everyone great.

It seemed like a safe environment without being overly busy. The front desk staff that I interacted with (Astrid, Jason Lily)went above and beyond what I expected from them & were very nice & courteous. I also received text messages from Tracy making sure everything was going well.

I rated four stars only because I had one incident that was not addressed, but all other aspects of my stay from check-in to check out was five stars. After check-in, I left a detailed message with how pleased I was with the property and the personal touch that I felt which, after a week on the road, definitely stood out from any other hotel stay. My only problem was that my room door could not be locked without the deadbolt from the inside. When I went to go get a nice dinner before turning in for the night is when I discovered the problem about 7 PM. I went to the front desk and was told that no maintenance technicians were available for the night. The front desk clerk was very nice and said she would try to get me into another room but given the times that the decent restaurants closed I opted to just order pizza for delivery. I still felt at that time and still do that this property is worth going out of my way for, and only gave four stars because they seem to be no pass down to the dayshift clerks two at minimum apologize at checkout or any attempt at a service recovery such as a discount for future stay. Only slightly disappointed, but will stay again if I’m in the area.

The location was good for me. The hotel was just okay. Not as good as most Hamptons I stay at regularly. The bathroom sink was great, good lighting but the shower/tub was terrible. Old damaged, low water pressure. Not up to current standards of most hotels at this level. Food was good except I had to peel my own hard boiled eggs which takes a while. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall it was just okay but not a typical Hampton. I would probably try one of the other hotels in the area next time.
