Tru By Hilton St. Augustine I-95

The property was clean and good to stay, but kind of far from the historical Area.

Very good hotel, clean and lot's of facilities. Close to I-95 and a number of fast food outlets nearby. Breakfast was OK but not much choice, bagels, cereal, fruit, pancakes. Limited hot food was eggs and sausage, being included in the price of the room it was worth it.

This was by far the bast stay we have had anywhere. Facilities, room, staff, and breakfast were above spectacular Only wish we could have stayed longer

My room had an air-conditioning vent in the room that could not be turned off.

The staff was friendly and gave a great vibe! The room was extremely clean and the hotel itself was very clean. The area to walk the dogs was great I can't think of a thing I didn't like

Quiet and calm I loved everything about the property

It was very convenient for our Florida trip. One night stay to visit St Augustine and continue the journey.

Staff was amazing-very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Having People’s choices about the restaurants, local attractions, shopping etc. displayed on the board was an excellent idea. Nothing that I can think of at this time.

It was very clean The booking.com website map put the hotel in a completely different location then where it actually was located. The rooms fridge was not working when we arrived. We travel a lot and have never had a room that didn’t have a microwave in it. The breakfast was also pretty poor and the pancake maker didn’t work and for the money the stay costed it was very disappointing.

We like the straight forward format, clean rooms with walk-in showers and good, self-serve breakfast. The breakfast on this trip was oarticularly good. The property is starting to get “tired”, requiring renovation. Whenwe firts started to stay at Tru the hotels were new and that was very positive for us. It is niw time to update the properties or open new ones.
