Tru By Hilton St. Augustine I-95

Nice clean modern pool table frogs outside cool art and styling good breakfast No pool or hot tub

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

Easy and friendly check-in. Clean room with spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. The two-queen bedroom was tight with 4 people plus luggage, but it was just right for a quick one-night sleep. Painless check out via the Hilton app.

Amazing

Nice clean room with stocked with nice smelling soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioner. Bed is firm but comfortable. Lots of posts to hang bags from. Pet friendly - our dog enjoyed her stay too. When we first stayed we forgot a stuffed Lamby and the staff was able to locate it and hold it for us safely for when we returned.

Very nice staff. The lobby is the best. They have pool table and board games. The hallways are nice snd clean. The rooms are clean. I believe its pet friendly because i did see 2 small dogs, but you can't tell. It doesn't have the weird pet odor. Plenty of walking distance restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend.

It is a nice, clean hotel; however, the bed was horrible, as it was lumpy and sounded as if it had rusted springs. The breakfast lacked a variety of choices.

Very good

We were in town recently for an overnight stay and this hotel was perfect. It was exceptionally clean! That ALWAYS gets things off to a good start. The young woman at the desk was very friendly during check in and check out. I can’t speak on the amenities because we didn’t use the gym, etc. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast either, but it did look better than the average “free breakfast” that I’ve had at other hotels. We come to St Augustine every now and then and will definitely make this a stay again

clean rooms, parking is good, staff is good. breakfast is fair at best.

Loved the breakfast and the EV charging. Super clean. Lots of places nearby to eat dinner when we arrived

Todo super excelente, las habitaciones compras y limpias, el desayuno de calidad, frutas frescas

The parking lot is large & very well lit The reception staff is great Chris Branden & Jada are so personable the lobby is spotless & bright Our room is exactly what we need a clean comfortable bed w the most amazing pillows. We are on our way to Rocky mount NC Tru by Hilton!

Very good

Our room was perfectly clean. The first morning we saw a rainbow out our window. I figured that was a good sign. We went down for breakfast. My boys loved the pancakes. I loved the coffee (available 24/7). The staff were always helpful. My only negative was the soaps, lotions, and shampoos are in large bottles stuck on the walls with hand pumps. It is probably a cost saving feature for the hotel but I prefer those items in individual size bottles and packages.

Very clean helpful good breakfast easy parking great staff safe good restaurant options

I will return for sure

Exceptional

We would like to have had a closet or dresser to put our clothes in
