Tru By Hilton St. Augustine I-95

I was traveling for business and this was a half-way stop coming home. I’d never stayed at a Tru hotel before so didn’t know what to expect. I arrived at 1:30am, having been delayed in my departure. Staff was at the desk, very friendly and helpful. The property was easy to access, well lit outside, and very clean. The rooms were pristine. On my next trip I’ll definitely look for this brand.

Brand new property. Everything was clean and maintained and staff were very friendly. Stayed 1 night before a Port Canaveral cruise. Decent breakfast.

Excellent hotel

I was pretty impressed. It's nothing fancy, but the room was exactly what you are looking for when you just need a place to sleep and get ready in the morning. The breakfast was pretty decent, but the hot food was limited. They did have a pancake machine, which was nice. Overall it was very clean and modern, which is what I wanted.

The property was very clean, the location was in a good place close to the interstate and shopping mall.

Breakfast was on point, specially the omelet. Everything was so nice and clean. I did appreciate the staff checking on us on the text message as well. That there is no pool, hot tub or patio.

Staff is very friendly and accessible. Breakfast buffet available plenty of options to choose from. Lots of food options close by and the outlets are less than 3 minutes away. I have no complaints about the property although when looking for the address on Maps it took me to another location and had to drive around 20 more minutes from when I was.

The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was that starting at 9 a.m., the housekeeping staff kept knocking on the door to have us check out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was awesome from the get-go. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was filling. Only negative was location. Its hard to make a left onto CR 208 from the entrance. If there was a back road that placed you a little bit further west of the current driveway, that would be great.
