Courtyard by Marriott St Augustine I-95

One of the day staff employees acted as though you were bothering him. All the others were great. The remote in the room, (312) didn't work half the time. Everything else was great.

My family stayed here for a family reunion, and we had a wonderful time. The staff was helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate all of our needs. By the end of the three days, the staff felt like family.

For the price, this was quick and easy and great. The walls or the door partition between rooms is paper thin so we could hear absolutely everything in the next room and there were loud people in there until they fell asleep.

I loved this hotel. It was a great price for what you get. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great & felt safe! Would stay again.

If i ever come back to St. Augustine Id look elsewhere. I couldn’t check out fast enough.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean, staff were helpful. I’ll most likely stay here next trip to St. Augustine.

Upon arival no towels were in the room and I had to go to front desk to get some. Also no soap in the bathroom, again had to go down to get it. No hair conditioner. Trash was not emptied had to fi d someone to empty it and had to go get towels replaced. We were there for 4 nightes and the room was not cleaned at all. We dtayed here before and it was good enough then that we decided to stay again. This time I was not impressed.

The Staff were friendly and very professional. We will stay here again.

Fairfield by Marriott Grand Blanc was an excellent hotel! The room was clean, the Front Desk was kind, courteous, helpful!

The knowledgeable staff were friendly and very willing to help with whatever you need from arranging tour tickets and transportation to special orders at the Bistro.

Comfortable stay, clean room, and close to the highway with a quick drive into the historic area. However our room never received housekeeping the entire time we were there for a 3 night 4 day stay.

Our stay, for 4 nights, was excellent. Our room was spotless, the view from the 3rd floor was beautiful. Food from the Bistro let us eat out without going out. The food was great. The best thing was the staff. They are all professional and courteous. I would expect that. In addition, there is an attitude of niceness, welcome, and a true wish to help. In EVERY staff member we saw. Colum (I may misspell his name) greeted us first and explained the amenities in addition to our room. He’s great and started our pleasant visit perfectly. Well done.

The room was nice and spacious. The location was close to the outlets and downtown. HOWEVER, the first issues we encountered upon check in was no hand soap (had to be delivered) and Netflix/Youtube were not working on our tv/remote. Maintenance came right away, took a look and could not figure it out. He left to swap out remotes. When he came back, it still didn't work. He said he was going to call and see if it could be done over the phone. When we left our room for dinner, we inquired at the front desk and was told maintenance left for the day to our surprise, but they leave him a note. The next day, we left for the day, and when we returned in the evening around 4 pm, we inquired again. Front desk told us it was something they could not resolve during our stay and to enjoy the channels that are available. I asked if there would be any compensation and they said management had not authorized anything. What baffled me was that noone updated us on anything unless we asked. The following day, we come back to our room around 2pm and when we got into our room we noticed a huge puddle of water which developed from the ac unit. We called and maintenance took a while to come. He opened the ac unit, vacuumed up the water and left the carpet with towels. Not once were we offered another room, tv or anything. Being in a room with a drenched 5 ft carpet space is ridiculous regardless if we were checking out the next day.

Overall was nice, everything was clean. Breakfast didn’t have many options but was good.
