We checked into the hotel the first room they gave us had blood on the mattress pad. The second room that they gave us had hair all in the bed so we left you’re supposed to refund my money..

Upgraded rooms and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful! Everything was great!

Very close to everything and easily accessible. Room was very noisy. The automatic locking doors sound like jail cells up and down the hall. This made it very hard to sleep or relax.

The location There was construction and renovations going own at the property, and there was no forewarning of the pool or spa being closed to because of construction

NA The bathroom light was very dim. The plug sockets were too loose. I was on the first floor. The room that I was in needs a makeover. The water from the sink flowed very slow.

Specifically requested a”quieter”room away from a main road and noise.Was put on the first floor near the front desk,elevators and the view from my window?Front parking lot!When I told the front desk they responded “That’s all we have left”Why ask if you cannot accommodate?The reservation was made 2 weeks in advance.

The room I was accommodated in a room next to the water heaters which were very noisy and neither my nor my family were able to sleep and rest good, on top of that the AC unit was bad and making loud noises, I did request to be move to a different room but it didn’t happened

I can honestly say I did not like anything about this hotel I stayed at a Motel 6 before and it was better than this. The staff were rude and disrespectful and talk down to everybody I have never I did not like the staff and everybody that worked there as a whole I felt disrespected and unwanted last time I'll ever stay at a Marriott Courtyard
