Great location convenient to downtown.

Family run and always a pleasure to deal with. Rooms are updated and location is the best.

The properties had pretty nice remodeling was shocked to be at a motel and have to pay for parking things like this need to be included in the price quoted not surprise add-ons. They were nice for hotels at competitive rates when you're added in this cost.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Great location, only 3 minute walk to historic area. Ample parking. Rooms appeared renovated and were attractive and comfortable. There were ample electrical outlets, however there were no USB outlets. There is no breakfast offered or a dining area, however there is one right next door and several within minutes of the location.

Convenient location. Clean and cold AC. Shower was small but did the trick. Clean with good pressure. Location was the best. Easy walk to many different sites. Sunrise on the wall across the road beautiful! Safe feel with families and good people out and about.,

Location. Location. Location. We chose this hotel because it was waterfront in the historic district. Front desk staff was nice, little cleaning lady super sweet. Plenty of hot water and great shower head pressure. Nice little deck up on the second floor to overlook the harbor and boats. For the price we paid I expected a nicer room. Old school motel. Vinyl chairs were torn up when we sat in them the vinyl came off in pieces stuck to our clothes not good. Door had seen better days, did not fit so there was a hole at the bottom plenty big enough for the little lizards to just come on in through. Maybe if we had been up on the second floor would have been better.

The rooms were very nice, walked in and there was a swan made from towels on the bed. Wish I could have taken a picture before my children moved it. The staff was amazing and very helpful in giving directions and suggestions to us as tourists. They were very kind and very friendly. The the front balcony had a very relaxing and neat feel to it and facing the river. When we first drove up and saw the outside of the building we were a little worried about were we were staying it looks old and outdated. Looking back now with us being in the oldest city in the US that was probably on theme. The rooms were not old and outdated. They were probably the nicest we stayed in during our weeklong travel through Florida.

20 dollar parking

We LOVED the location and virw of the water/boats, and even porpois swimming in the water. Note, none of the rooms truly have their own balcony. There are chairs outside the room to sit, on the outside walkway. There is a large shared area with a balcony; however, many guests use it for a smoking area. Parking area is tight. If you leave at night, you may not get a parking spot when you return, which was frustrating when there is a daily parking fee. We spent money on an Uber. :( The sightseeing tram was a waste of money.

Extremadamente básico para el precio, un aire acondicionado que parecía que dormías con un helicóptero encendido a tu lado, un baño que una persona con talla grande no cabe, simplemente extra caro para lo que es
