Fantastic location and wonderful breakfast.

Customer service was excellent! The pool and garden area was so cute and nobody was using the pool but us so we had it all to ourselves. The inn is charming with a lot of history!

Great staff, great place, and overall a great experience from Pat and everyone there!

We loved how beautiful the decor is in the lobby and the room. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the breakfast felt like a fine dining experience!

I had a wonderful five night stay here. The location is convenient but in a quiet area. Parking is included and an easy walk down a block and around the corner. I parked my car and never moved it. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful with all arrangements. The guests were all lovely and shared some good ideas about things to do and see. The real reason to stay here I think is the breakfasts! Lots of healthy creative flair! If you’re a foodie this may be the place for you. I enjoyed the entire experience very much and have already recommended it to friends.

Beautiful and centrally located in St Augustine the Kenwood Inn is the place to stay!! The gourmet breakfasts were amazing and delicious and everyone was so helpful in helping us navigate around the area! We will definitely be back sometime in the fall for another visit!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Charming but with updated bathrooms and refreshing a/c. The location is walkable to the best restaurants and local sights. I definitely recommend it if you want something more than a typical hotel stay.

This is a cute B&B hosted by a nice lady. The breakfast is a sit down meal with the hostess bringing you delicious dishes. There is a nice seating area where one can relax and have complementary wine and tea. It’s quiet and walking distance to the main attractions.

Amazing stay! Great location!

It sits on a quiet street with nearly everything within walking distance. The breakfasts were gourmet level and a little on the smaller side which was perfect as we didn’t want to be too full waking around in the heat. There was complimentary wine on arrival which was super nice after a long day. The host was helpful with restaurant suggestions and getting us acquainted with the property.

Amazing inn! The breakfast is a 3 course meal that changes every day - best I’ve had at any accommodation. The staff are incredible. Shout out to Barb and Alison for making our stay extra special. True southern hospitality.

The Inn is very charming. The breakfasts were amazing- 3 different delectable courses! Our suite was comfortable & spacious. The Inn is located near restaurants, pubs, shops, & historic landmarks-all within short walking distance. The pool is clean, refreshing, & there's plenty of lounge chairs & towels. I highly recommend Kenwood Inn.

The hotel is charming, but the location could be better. Unfortunately, the staff experience was disappointing. Breakfast service was especially frustrating — although the restaurant opens at 8:30 AM, food service did not actually begin until around 9:20 AM, which is far too late for guests with morning plans.

We rented the lavender room but not lavender.The room was small but comfortable. If you have a problem climbing stairs a room on first floor would suit you.The breakfast was lovely as was the owner.Great location.

My husband and me loved the walking distance of the inn to the main streets in Old St. Augustine. The daily breakfast was stunning. The staff is very lovely, they make you feel like you are at home.

All in all, a wonderful stay in an inn which was centrally located (shops, restaurants, historical items) and most delightful! :)

Beautiful property. Lovely comfortable rooms. Owner was great with her hospitality! Great breakfasts. Enjoyed koi pond and swimming pool.
