The Kenwood Inn

We had a lovely stay at The Kenwood Inn. Pat is a wonderful host, Chef Adam created delicious breakfasts for us and catered to our vegetarian diet, and breakfast was served by Barbara, who is so very sweet. Our room was beautiful, and the bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. We had access to bikes, a pool, a balcony with a lovely view and were within a short walking distance to many restaurants, the bay, shops, and galleries. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house and gorgeous room and bathroom. The house is well situated to the old town very good walking distance to the area’s restaurants and shops We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend a visit .

ALSO, you get homemade cookies!!! Different every day, and they are delicious 😋

Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Room was clean. Could have had a few extra touches to freshen up rooms more for the price. Although I am very clean and pay attention to detail.

The Kenwood Inn was a great choice. The location is quiet and an easy walk to the shopping and sites. Parking is right around the corner and included. The breakfast was delicious, as were the fresh baked cookies i the parlor. Room 11 was spacious, clean, and pretty. The king bed was so comfortable. The French doors led out onto the second floor shared deck that had seating and hammocks. The salt water pool was a such a bonus to help us cook off after sightseeing. Perfect, would stay again.

Mrs Barb met us on arrival and made us feel at home as she answered our questions and showed us around the house. The house was beautiful and very clean. We were upgraded without asking because of the construction going on right outside of our original room which we very much appreciated. The breakfast was amazing! A 3 course breakfast that changed every day! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I’ve been to many b&b’s from Louisiana to the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida and the Kenwood Inn is one of our favorites!

The room we were in was a bit smaller than I thought it would be and had no closet. The glass shower door would not close all the way, so the floor would get very wet every time you showered.

The location can't be beat! Our room was nice. We have an 11 yr old with me and the accomodations were perfect. The breakfast is incredible. Pat was so kind and really took care of us.

Fantastic location and wonderful breakfast.

Customer service was excellent! The pool and garden area was so cute and nobody was using the pool but us so we had it all to ourselves. The inn is charming with a lot of history!

I had a wonderful five night stay here. The location is convenient but in a quiet area. Parking is included and an easy walk down a block and around the corner. I parked my car and never moved it. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful with all arrangements. The guests were all lovely and shared some good ideas about things to do and see. The real reason to stay here I think is the breakfasts! Lots of healthy creative flair! If you’re a foodie this may be the place for you. I enjoyed the entire experience very much and have already recommended it to friends.

Beautiful and centrally located in St Augustine the Kenwood Inn is the place to stay!! The gourmet breakfasts were amazing and delicious and everyone was so helpful in helping us navigate around the area! We will definitely be back sometime in the fall for another visit!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Charming but with updated bathrooms and refreshing a/c. The location is walkable to the best restaurants and local sights. I definitely recommend it if you want something more than a typical hotel stay.

This is a cute B&B hosted by a nice lady. The breakfast is a sit down meal with the hostess bringing you delicious dishes. There is a nice seating area where one can relax and have complementary wine and tea. It’s quiet and walking distance to the main attractions.
