The hotel is older but well-maintained and very clean. The free breakfast was not good—very little food was offered. The front desk person allowed us to leave our car after checkout for shopping near the hotel. We really appreciated that because parking can be a challenge in the historic district. All in all, I would use this hotel again. The price is lower than the bed and breakfast inns in this area of town.

Although this is not a fancy schmancy hotel, it is ideally located, and the staff is great! The included hot breakfast was a definite highlight! I really appreciated being right by the river and within walking distance of most of what I wanted to see, including the Castillo de San Marcos.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We really enjoyed breafast, the basket swings looking out at the water and the social hour snacks. There was no shade at the pool.

Great location, close to many of the attractions of historic St. Augustine. Free hot breakfast every morning, and free snacks in the afternoon. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The Location is perfect! Super nice staff very clean rooms!! The bed was so comfy!! Overall great place!

We were traveling for work so our time onsite was limited. The room was clean and then staff was freindly. I grabbed a couple of yogurts for breakfast as we left for meetings. I loved the view we had of the inlet. I enjoyed watching the boats and the draw bridge. The property is a little dated, but you are a five minute walk from food and entertainment.
