Really great location and extras. I don't think the description does justice to what a nice accommodation this is - this is an especially good place for quiet relaxation & a romantic getaway. Shower curtain wasn't good for the space and they should have mentioned that there was no soap for the sink (or other toiletries). The guy from the other property had to run over to our building show us around, help us with the bags upstairs and then run back to the registration desk. There should be a person at both properties...it looks unnecessarily exhausting to make one person it all. Once we got parking instructions directly from the B&B, it was clear but the description in the posting is confusing. It is actually much easier than described.

Location Everything was great

Great stay! This bed and breakfast is located in the old town, so the distance to the main must-visit spots is walkable. Staff were helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was excellent and included. Rooms were clean and stylish. I would definitely recommend it!

The breakfast was outstanding. Beautifully prepared and presented, we had both a main dish and special dessert. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a special experience.

Beautiful rooms, dining room and gathering room. Parking is pretty far. Happy hour is at another building

It was fantastic. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The flowers, the brick, the easy access to the gardens

The room was lovely-having a separate place to sit from the bedroom was nice. The furniture was new (not worn down). The cookies were GREAT, snacks at the wine hour, pretty basic. But my husband said the white wine was good. The unpleasant part was the staircase up to the second floor which was rickety and I felt unstable going up and down. Don't try it in heels if you are over 60.

Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was very accommodating. Parking off premiums was the only draw back, but not a major inconvenience. Overall a very pleasant experience.

My wife and I were celebrating not only our wedding anniversary, but my 65 birthday as well. I booked the room through Expedia, and when I called in for a few questions and spoke with the Inn Keeper/Manager he told me that because I booked through Expedia, that that was on me. Our room was much smaller that the pictures reflected, but I get it. The room and most importantly, the bathroom was unacceptable. So small that you could not even turn around in the shower. I have to give it to the 2 ladies that handled the morning breakfast. They were unbelievable. Very professional and kind hard workers. We loved the location and the area, however, the room after spending over $680 for a 2 day special occasion, was sub par. I wish they could of made it right, but it was never offered. I mentioned this to the manage, and his response was. "I told you that". Not very accommodating. Oh well. Live and learn.

Our stay was very enjoyable from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. The staff was pleasant and always making us feel welcome. Happy hour time was nice and we enjoyed talking to the other guest. A special request for breakfast for my husband was noted and taken care of the next morning for him. Thank you! Also the location was a plus and in a very quiet area of St. Augustine close to everything! We would definitely recommend this B&B!

Location, porch and sitting room always available. Parking close by. Loved the fridge with cold drinks and cookies. Cleaning staff awesome. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The breakfast and staff were excellent. Always eager to help. Room was too small. Shower and toilet needed a grab bar. The shower door did not have a stop, it would swing both ways while in the shower. Parking was not available at the BnB and was too far away, causing a long walk on brick streets when wanting to use the car.

Nice social hour and the complimentary sodas and water were a nice touch. Breakfast was good each morning. We enjoyed the front porch and it was landscaped beautifully. It wasn’t as clean as what I would’ve hoped for (there was rings on the nightstand from the previous few people) and while the size of the bathroom didn’t really affect our stay, I think it’s important to mention that it was about the size of a bathroom you’d find on an airplane so taller/bigger folks take that into consideration.
