Bayfront Westcott House St Augustine B&B

A very convenient downtown, historical house with friendly staff and delicious breakfast! Also a happy hour with cocktails and snacks. I would stay again in Charlotte room. Parking tip: If you arrive late, the meters in front of the house stop charging at 7pm. And start again at 8 AM. So for about $10 we were able to park across the street overnight. If not, the parking lot is four blocks away.

The antiques the location and the staff is amazing.

Stayed in the Caroline (RM 102) and it was stunning. Way better than the pictures. 1000/10 and will not stay anywhere else other than here!!! Thank you so much for an unforgettable time. See you sooner than later.

AC was inop in our room but they accommodated us in another room. Really not an issue. Everything else was 5 stars

This property was amazing. The staff was SO nice and accommodating. Our room was beautiful, we stayed in the Caroline. The breakfasts were delicious and the afternoon happy hour was well done as well. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous view overlooking the bay. Enjoyed drinking wine and sitting on terrace while looking at the bay and watching sailboats. Wonderful staff who go above and beyond. Delicious breakfasts and 5pm social with drinks and food. Great location with walking distance to St. George St. Enjoyed walking on the old paved streets and looking at the old homes. Parking was not a problem.

I’ve stayed at many historic properties, and this one was lovely. Great house, great staff, and great location!

We absolutely fell in love with the Bayfront Westcott House! From the minute we walked in Sandy welcomed us with a warm smile . The room had two balconies overlooking Marine st . It truly was a charming home with the perfect combination of modern amenities! We especially enjoyed delicious breakfast and happy hour. This will definitely be our place to escape to every time we want to getaway. Fyi parking is only few short blocks from the house. Absolutely loved our stay

Absolutely amazing the staff were so warm and welcoming. Everything was absolutely perfect we can’t wait for our trip back.

The room was beautiful, especially the deep ceramic tub. Everything was spotless and the staff made us feel so special. All around wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay; it’s centrally located and we appreciated the proximity to restaurants and activities. The breakfast was lovely, as was the evening cocktail hour. Our room was comfortable enough, but it felt a bit crowded and overly furnished with non-essentials. We would have appreciated a closet (not in the bathroom) and maybe a small dresser with a mirror just as an option. Our bathroom was remodeled and we certainly enjoyed the copper tub and the excellent shower pressure, but if we stayed here again, we would likely not select the same room. Simply put, it felt like half the space in the room was the bathroom and we spent far too much time in it getting dressed, using the mirrors only available in the bathroom, as well as the closet space in the toilet area, and that’s just not our preference.

Hands down, I am spoiled after staying here. It was so intimate, breakfast was fresh, parking was easy. Little walk to park but my husband didn’t mind cause it was free. The staff was amazing. Meet and greet at 5pm is my favorite, you get to talk to other folks and enjoy all the treats. Such a beautiful place and wonderful stay.

We had a delicious breakfast both mornings that we ordered ahead of time with lots of options to choose from, so it is really fresh! They had a nice Social Hour that had some tasty snacks with wine, beer, soft drinks and I’m sure tea/coffee if requested. The room was really nice, clean and we had a fabulous shower. They also provided plush bathrobes to use during our stay, which was nice. We stayed in the Charlotte room. And it was within walking distance to everything. The staff was really friendly and helpful, giving us lots of advice on where to go! We look forward to going back again!

Nice breakfast on the porch was great way to start the day. Steep stairs to second floor but you could request a first floor room. Parking is a 5 block walk away but free and you can drop your luggage at the B&B to not have to schlep it. Staff is very friendly.
