DIY check. Expected to be somewhat boutique.

We also found the room to be extremely small and lacking in furniture. I realize this is likely due to the age of the facility and the low cost for a stay, but it wasn't great having the bed as the only option to sit.

Check in was awful. Our room had no shampoo. There was no info about how to use gym. Didn’t respond to messages. Pool area way smaller and less cool. Rooms were tiny.

Was pet friendly, nice little spot close to everything

NO breakfast served. Room was clean but heavily smelled of cleaning fluids No human on property. Check in was by phone. Was given a code for room only after we paid by credit card. Had difficulty reading the pad to get into room to see it. Tried to cancel (after about 15 minutes of trying to get into room) Told we couldn't as the credit card had been confirmed. Tried to cancel the 2nd day of reservation, voice said she didn't think so but would ask manager. No one ever called back. Some other guests helped us with keypad and finding the unmarked Florida room. Not receiving answer from management, we stayed the 2 days. This is a very difficult hotel for seniors especially if you have any vision problems

You check in through bots. Slippery slimy floor in the room. Don't expect to watch live sports on the TV. Besides that it was fine. Great location.

No cups in unit, no warm water in shower. Lights in outside corridor kept us awake. No darkness with the blinds closed. Mis represented on website. Smells like industrial chemicals.

We were there for one night. Since there is no staff on site, it was very difficult for us to get the check-in code. Here the online staff helped us a lot, thank you for that. Unfortunately it was very musty in our room. The rooms are renovated but it seems as if the real problem was not solved. The pool is nice but taken away from the weather.

The hotel itself was a little run down, but the location was great. I’m not that fussy, it was alright. I wish there was a small bistro table in the room so you could eat. There was only one chair.

Just a quick overnighter for a concert

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was within walking distance to places we wanted to go. Staff is very responsive. I was disappointed in the check in process this time. I guess it changed. The last time I stayed in 2025, you had to use an app called Virdee as a virtual room key. That is no longer used. You now have to complete a pre-check in where they send you a link to fill out a form the day of your arrival. They charge a small security deposit for incidentals, I don’t think they did that the last time I stayed. They also tried to double charge me for the room when I had already paid in full so I had to call them to complete the pre-check in. When we got to the property, I had to call again because our code for the room wasn’t working.

Second, the code was given as #then numbers but the # actually goes after the numbers. So, we had trouble getting into the room. Next, when we got on the room, there were these small, translucent things all over the bed, table, floor. Pulling back the covers, little ant-like bugs were in the bed. Clearly termites had swarmed and lost their wings and some of the termites still remained in the room. We were transferred to another room quickly but we had to unload our stuff twice which was annoying. Finally, we asked for toilet paper via text. The response was two hours later that they would bring it. After another hour plus, still no TP. Had to ask if I could get it myself, which I did. The hotel is convenient and looks cute but needs some work. The shower held water because the floor angled to the wall instead of the drain. The bed was very soft. Would not stay again.

The sheets were a little scratchy. The beds were still very comfortable and very clean.

Very cute & convenient Tight space

Great location. It had a chemically smell to it. We had to leave the door open a little while to air it out.
-
The location & the price are unbeatable — within I think of distance to everything! And the ease of the check-in/check-out process (all digital) was unique and convenient. We didn’t have time to check out the pool area but it looked nice from our bedroom (and wasn’t loud, thankfully). No problems besides the mattress we slept on there made us a little sore.

Hotel had a septic problem when we stayed and the hotel could not offer another accommodation. The bathroom was not usable and the smell was terrible and the problem only got worse as time went on.
-
The location is well maintained and rooms are sound proof. It does have a odd check-in process which slowed us down as we never received a email/text msg stating how to go about checking in or even how to check out. No one works the desk and everything is done contactless. So without receiving a email or text youre kinda left hanging not knowing what to do.

We deserve a refund for the 5 nights we did not get to stay because of their filthy rooms! THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US! No coffee at all (out of order), filthy dog smelling room (see photos of my socks after walking across their floor 3 times) Also see real picture of pink wallpaper room! Upon check in (was dark) light was burnt out . They have no staff on site. The bed was horrible, see photo.

Great room, lovely pool, decor made us feel like we'd really arrived in Florida! As others have said they really do need to sort out the check in process, it was a real challenge and could very easily been much simpler.
