Quaint old school place to stay near the Amp. Great amount of space and location.

Beautiful place, great restaurant, staff was super friendly and accommodating.

There was confusion on my reservation. The clerk said I booked two rooms, which I incorrect. She said she couldn’t give me a refund but I would have a “room” credit for a future stay. Not knowing if or when I would be back. The next day I met with the manager and showed her my Expedia paperwork which showed only a single room reservation. She gave me a refund for the additional room. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant food was excellent. With the exception of some drunk old men at the pool the first evening. It was a most enjoyable experience. Close to beaches and old town. The wall staff were friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

The room I stayed in had two dead roaches. I didn’t complain because there wasn’t any live ones. It looked like it wasn’t swept or kept clean.

Location ONLY Staff 2 Rooms for 2 Nights at $240 a night. It use to be really nice & friendly and the Pool was Closed most of the time for cloudy skies. Its Florida. Really. Theres no laws on thunder / Cloudy skies. Cleaning staff was very nice. Hotel Staff was undesirable in their communication and approach the whole time during our stay. We stay here all the time It will be the LAST for all our Group .

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature. I could smell the garbage from the restaurant while lying at the pool. This was a big turnoff.

I loved the location. The access to the restaurant was nice. The room I stayed in had two dead roaches. I didn’t complain because there wasn’t any live ones. It looked like it wasn’t swept or kept clean.

We had dinner and lunch at the restaurent - the food and staff were great! Also had cocktails out at the bar in the marina - again that was great. We had our boat in the marina which was great - the marina staff were very helpful. Weve been doing this trip for 7 or 8 years now - two things which seem a bit odd are the additional charges the hotel tries to collect for early checkin and for boat trailer parking.......I didnt pay for either but it just comes across as a money grab as opposed to having these small things as a customer perk that would be appreciated by most people.

We stayed in the deluxe king suite for our 28th anniversary and it was perfect. We were located right in front of the pool. The parking lot is the worse. I know it’s a marina but some type of black top over the sand would be nice. When it rains the parking lot collects all kinds of big puddles.

Old Florida- St. Augustine, Unique Resort with attached Marina; Restaurant; Over-Water Bar; Swimming Pool—- and the cutest updated cabana- type suites. Several Fishing Charters and Boat Tours leave from the expansive docks lined with various boats and small yachts. The Conch House Resort has been in existence for about 80 years. Have been coming here since the 70’s—- always enjoyed my experience there
