The Conch House Marina Resort

Old Florida- St. Augustine, Unique Resort with attached Marina; Restaurant; Over-Water Bar; Swimming Pool—- and the cutest updated cabana- type suites. Several Fishing Charters and Boat Tours leave from the expansive docks lined with various boats and small yachts. The Conch House Resort has been in existence for about 80 years. Have been coming here since the 70’s—- always enjoyed my experience there

Everything was great except there was a couple dead bugs in each room of the two rooms. The restaurant had amazing food and the drinks and vibe was outstanding. I’d come back again even though there was a dead roach in the bathroom 😳. The beds and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable.

This is a great place to stay and enjoy all Anastasia/ St Augustine area has to offer. Great location, excellent food, and an old Florida vibe you don’t find very often. 😎

Staff was super helpful and very very kind! We kept our boat at the marina as well. Easy to navigate, can't wait to stay again!!

Location near the Marina made it a great place to stay while traveling by boat. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Nothing. Stay was great.

This place is amazing

Absolutely fantastic stay at this wonderful resort! Room was just fantastic. So spacious and beautiful designed. Bar out on the marina dock was just great. As was the restaurant where the food and service was great. Nice little pool to relax. The resort is in a great location with plenty bars and restaurants close by and not too far to walk over the bridge to the historic district. What a great find this was!

We spent one night. Staff was extremely helpful. This is an old school Florida motel. Very nostalgic.

It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. All the appliances and electronics worked properly. They were plenty of towels, including beach towels to use for the pool. The pool was very clean, spacious and 7 1/2 foot deep. The shower was very spacious. Bathroom was very spacious and clean the patio area outside of the room was very nice. Had two chairs and a table complete with an ashtray for those who smoke. It would be nice if they could partner with the breakfast diner down the street to offer a discount which could be an incentive for earlier checkout times from customers as well as bringing in more business to the local diner, the food there is amazing and the service is great!

Nice, clean room, on the ground floor, just as we asked. Good restaurant, and music on the pier. There was no place to lay our luggage on, other than the dining table and chairs. They either need 2 fold open luggae racks, or a bench to place your luggage on. Also, the wastebaskets usually have a plastic garbage liner. This didn't make any difference to us, but it would be nice for the housekeeping people.

Set up, convenient location . Disappointed pool wasn’t open, but overall nice stay. Restaurant with little huts. Pool was closed. Key entrance instead of cards

This was perfect little place fpr our stay for a show at the amphitheater. The place was beautiful and close. And we are water people so staying at a marina was just a little extra perk for us.

Quiet and clean Parking

Ww we had a suite, separate bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room. Very comfortable. The pkace is older but pretty well kept. We will definitely stay there again.

This place is FUN. If everything has to be perfectly uniform for you, maybe this isn't your place, but we loved it. Jimmy Buffet vibe
