Very well located, my daughter went to a concert in the amphitheater and the hotel is pretty close to it. I asked for connected rooms and they gave it to me also provided the parking for our cars. Good breakfast.

The hotel reserved the wrong room, room given was dirty, had a noise complaint filed over my blow dryer, incompetent staff.

The hotel was obviously pretty new. The rooms were spacious with wood floors, good ac and comfortable beds. There was no tub, which I liked. Best of all, there was a big fancy coffee machine centrally located with fresh coffee available 24 hrs. No need to make your own in your room. And, very important to me-the rooms can be made very dark. The hot breakfast was adequate with a cool pancake machine. They had a pool and jacuzzi. They had no snack vending machine but sold some snacks from the front office-selection pretty limited. Also, the only ice machine was on the 2nd floor, so getting ice was a trek. But these drawbacks are relatively minor.

This is our go to hotel anytime we stay in Saint Augustine. If we wanna feel young again, we play putt putt if we're going to a concert at the amp it's right down the street although the amp did take away the chariot rides which I don't like that has nothing to do with the hotel just FYI, and we book it cause it has a hot tub

Everyone was very friendly The 10.00 a day they charge for parking vehicle on premises. I feel like if you paying for room no fee for a parking spot should be charged!
