Very clean hotel and room. The breakfast was good, lots of options and good cinnamon rolls. The room walls were maybe thin as we could hear our next door neighbors talking as well as their tv. But maybe they were just talking loud! Good location across the bridge of lions; close to downtown and the beach.

Hello.. All and all our experience was good. The only drawback was that the jacuzzi was not warm enough and a resident was smoking a cigar at the pool when it was clearly displayed that there was supposed to be no smoking at the pool. Other than that, my experience was ok.

It was very close to downtown-many things we did were easily within walking distance. Staff was polite and friendly The only thing that I didn’t love was the $10 per night parking fee. This was not shown on the booking site. In the future, any parking fees should be included in the description of the property so people can make more informed choices.

Even though I lost my diamond ring on this stay, the staff was very diligent in proving support in helping to find it. They were helpful all my stay, the hotel a little hidden gem in St. Augustine.

Ice machine was clean and efficiant Breakfast was terrible. Flavorless sausages, cold lumpy,runny oatmeal, eggs were swimming n an orange goo - maybe cheese? Annoying guest were loud in hallway all night long 4-6 people just outside their room talking and yelling after 10 pm. and again at 4 am. Horrible night

The breakfast wasn’t up to par, the staff wasn’t to helpful and it would’ve been nice to know I was going to be charged $10 for parking at a hotel I had already booked and paid for.

Every member of the staff was excellent. Special thanks to Pete, the General Manager, who personally welcomed us upon arrival and took the time to share helpful tips on everything from parking to great local restaurants during our stay in St. Augustine
