Days Inn by Wyndham St Cloud

Mold all over the bath tub and shower curtain and wall, the ceiling was just about falling through and when I went to talk to a worker at the front desk there was nobody there for the 2 days I stayed. Horrible location, druggies all over outside. 2 tv stations and the mattress was brown and had stains all over it.

Excellent place to stay nice and clean frendly staff nice comfortable beds

No ice no breakfast. No help

The location They didn't put out the right breakfast stuff that was stated online. Also foe the price they should have provided more because they didn't mention online that the pool was out of service as well. I paid almost 300 and we barely got anything out of it.

Horrible experience It was a halfway house, smelt bad, no pool, holes in walls, suspicious people, cigarettes, everywhere, very bad unsafe

The 2nd room was not ready upon arrival (at 11pm) though we had booked the reservation hours in advance. In addition, the 2nd room had fecal matter smeared on the bathroom wall (i.e. WAS NOT CLEANED though the manager, tall thin guy, said the room delay was so he could "clean" the room.)

Breakfast sucked. Rooms were mid….but the staff was great.

Dirty bedroom

The staff was kind but the whole property had a smell, even the room had a stale/fishy smell. We had to buy an air freshener for the night. The room was clean enough but the property is pretty old and looks pretty run down. We didn’t turn the AC on because the unit looked dirty and damaged. The lamps had mysterious stains inside, unsure what that would have been from.

Over priced

Check-in went okay until we got to our room. They assigned a room that HADN'T BEEN CLEANED!! It was disgusting. The desk clerk was less than professional. We got a different room and it was okay. The hallway smelled terrible like musty old dirty laundry. The plumbing fixtures are very outdated but still in workable condition. The shower worked well and that was the highlight of our stay. The “FREE” breakfast was a complete joke. A basket of apples and some factory made pastries. The coffee and juice machines appeared to not be working.

Nothing was bad about our stay at all I'll stay again!!

The pool "under renovation"....was clear from the empty pool, dust, clutter, discarded furnishings that filled the pool and pool deck that it had been an abandoned area.

Terrible. Stunk bad. $125 for the worst room I've ever checked into.

Rooms were damp, musty, humid. Check in staff were rather standoffish, rude. Breakfast was over before 8 am, not put out til 6 am.

The convenience of the location. I was in town for a baseball game at Putz Field It met my needs - the faculty and room are dated and well worn. I chose it because all I needed a place to sleep. Period. The advertised “breakfast” was nothing more than pan de chocolate with coffee. More of a snack than a breakfast.

Rooms were clean but aged, in non smoking room but smells of smoke, continental breakfast consisted of juice and apples. Staff was friendly stay was okay

Smell of marijuana in the hallways. Carpet in hallways and rooms were dirty. Extremely limited breakfast items. Felt unsafe. No locked lobby and shady men walking around. Smoking men were a gauntlet to the entrance. Would not recommend for family stay.

All that was available for breakfast was 4 apples and 1 danish to eat, that was it. Very disappointing! The room was clean but the hotel is very dated. The person at the front desk said the pool has been closed for many years.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. He was able to accommodate us and resolve the issue right away. Definitely would book again
