Location convenient for The Park event center. Many restaurants from which to choose. Close to the Crossroads Mall! Smart to have door bells instead of having to knock! I brought a friend at the last minute - personnel gave thought to offering us room with 2 queens (the last one available) instead of the 1 king I had reserved. Nice room darkening shades. Oversized dorm frig. Heat/air fan was not too loud like some hotels. Just different to have a door to the "closet" clothes rack.

The breakfast nook was freezing during breakfast. Food was good. The bed was lumpy. Rm 318 needs a new mattress or a good mattress topper.

All around one of my favorite places to stay in cloud, the rooms are nice and the breakfast is better than most places I've been

It was conveniently located in town. The beds were comfy, and we appreciated the breakfast. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the toilet paper, floor, and urine/substance near the bottom of the toilet. We did not use the shower/bath, as I would not have trusted it. There was also some previously leak or something above the window, and the ceiling had visible damage from it. The parking was also tricky, as the front lot was full.

Looks shabby on the outside but it’s very nice inside room smelled like bleach pretty heavily, and Breakfast was kind of so so beds were fairly comfortable. Pillows were good. Everything was clean.

The wi-fi connection was horrible, kept cutting out every few minutes. Breakfast, staff and location were all good.

Breakfast was gone when we came down at 8:00. There was a lot of noise outside our window, an intercom system that went on several times during the night. It was very loud talking and was heard in the building. Reasons above
