Overpriced and a very dated property. I would stay elsewhere.

The first room we had no lights and the bed had been slept in. They upgraded our room but the room was absolutely disgusting. The bedding had stains and holes in them, the carpets were stained, we had 1 set of holey towels and the whole room smelt horrible. I highly do not recommend staying here. Upon leaving we noticed a paper taped to the door about a work notice for fixing water repairs and other maintenance that is needed. The young staff was nice but the overall stay was horrible.

Floors: Are in tough shape & tiny bathroom. Windows: No privacy glass or shade on windows (just curtains - that don’t close all the way. People at ground level can see right in…plus it’s bright come sun up). Smell: Interesting…air fresheners to cover old smoke or pet oder. Pillows: Bring your own, they’re small and have the volume of a Target bag filled with leaves. Lighting: Dark, low wattage and a couple were really yellow (different temp bulbs in each lamp). Breakfast: Kind of the standard stuff, but nothing was ready or very well presented…not stocked and very limited. We just left without grabbing anything (since there was nothing to grab). Granted, I don’t ever write reviews, but having stayed at Wyndhem properties in the past, this was a miss for the cost ($150 is too much for what you get).

Needs a lot of work. Front desk was extremely friendly.

There was no breakfast. The air conditioner was set to freeze. The chair in the room had a large cut in it. The carpet through out the whole place was dirty and worn out. Was a dive hotel.
-
A very run down room, carpet needs replacing. Bottom of feet get dirty walking on the rug and it has large shredded area. Long cigarette burn on top of door of microwave, only one lightbulb working in bathroom, I took pictures.

Was ok. Quick sleep and go

It’s an ok place to stay for one night. I wouldn’t stay there longer though .

I liked the value of this place. It was cheaper than the last place I had stayed and while that somewhat worried me, due to the last place I stayed at, I always remind myself, you get what you pay for. That was not the case with this place. I feel the price was perfect and the room was very well maintained, clean, and somewhat exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this place and I personally would stay here again. As a matter of fact, I will be looking into coming again this weekend and next weekend and every weekend moving forward! I didn't like the lack of parking spots for the size of the facility. While I was there, there was a very large amount of cars there and one spot "available" but someone decided to be stupid and not park appropriately and take up multiple spots. I then thought "Oh there's a large parking lot next door, let me park over there, it's close to the door I need to go into to get to my room, it's perfect." However... It was not perfect because there was a sign stating it was Perkin's customer parking... First of all that restaurant could've shared some of the parking lot with this motel because it was too big for that restaurant and they will never fill it. Lastly, I didn't like that there was rarely anyone ever at the front desk or in the back room where you can see that someone would/should be and you had to use the phone on the counter to call and be assisted with whatever you need.

BEDBUGS THEY GAVE US BEDBUGS! Place reeks of marijuana. The bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep most of the night. Im not talking about a cheap mattress. So worn it's u shaped just plain shot. Pillows felt like they had lumps of coal in them. We actually paid for 3 nights only stayed 2 because of this. Then to realize on the way home that we had bites all over us checked our bags and they're full of bed bugs.

The location That the lady at the front desk the day we checked in couldn't help us when we had trouble getting in the fridt room she gave us
-
The room was disgustingly gross. Stained pillow case, stuff on the bedding, floor hadn’t been vacuumed in months! Stains on the table and foot stool, I did not stay there and they refused to give me a refund

I will say for how cheap it is to stay there for just a night. I can't really complain, only thing is some lights weren't working or the bulbs were burnt out in my room and one of the beds frames was definitely more flimsy and some stains on the bed. Bathroom was super clean though and the layout of the building is very simplistic. I would stay here again if I needed just to crash for the night

Water pressure in the shower was great. Old torn up sheets and bedding with cigarette burns all over, old pillows, mold and mildew in the bathroom, peeling paint from mold, strong mildew odor and non working ac unit. Prostitutes hanging around the exits at night both nights. One towel and one washcloth given for two people for two nights.

Everything was great

We frequent St Cloud as we have family there. I'm not sure I would stay again.
