Holiday Inn & Suites St. Cloud by IHG

In the lobby, the coffee shop was closed both days we were there and the staff had no idea what the hours of operation . We were put in a smoking room when requested we desired non Smoking.

Loved the pools and volleyball court. Would be nice if they were opened a little later.

The hotel is great for kids and family gatherings. There is a ton of room to play, flexibility for group seating and gatherings, and located conveniently located in town. The hotel staff did not empty garbages regularly. They were overflowing and we had to seek a new one. There also didn’t seem to be anyone doing general cleaning such as vacuuming.

The property was in a great location close to everything restaurants, shopping and breweries and bars. Would stay again.

Great room and plenty to do with pools, hot tubs and other amenities.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed the weekend on on of the suites. We had the best time. The rooms were clean, amenities were better than we eve expected. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place for families

Staff was excellent, check in was smooth, helped with many things when I approached them at the front desk. Housekeeping was awesome, not intrusive, came by to drop off things we needed. The Legends staff was excellent as well. Overall enjoyed our room and stay here for tournament weekend.

Bought the breakfast plan when I checked in they said I didn’t have it and it didn’t include breakfast

The pool and hot tub were awesome. Plus, they had a gigantic tv to was sports in the pool area.

Staff was very helpful and parking was included! Located in a great area and it has been remodeled since I stayed there last. The hot tub was great and we were able to watch a play off hockey game from the hot tub on a big screen! Room was comfy and nice too.

Check in was a nightmare. We arrived at 3pm so a little early but in most places they have rooms available. Hotel clerk said they were understaffed and extremely busy with check ins. No promises or guesses when a room would be ready. Would not call or text when a room was ready. Was told to check back every hour to see if a room was ready. Only one clerk was working check in desk with a long line and a lobby full of angered guests. Did finally get a room at 6pm. Floor was dirty and had confetti and party glitter in corners. Paid for three guests in room but only two bath towels were left in bathroom so another trip to lobby desk due to phone not being answered. Very disappointed and will not be back.
