After check in we went to our room. Upon opening the door the room had an odor. The air conditioner was making a noise. I called the front desk and she promptly changed our room. The 2nd room had a better smell. The air conditioner was working properly. Hiwever the bathroom cleanliness was lacking.

This was an emergency stop due to car troubles we were having. Everything was wonderful and the staff was amazingly accommodating! Everything was clean, the pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast was small but delicious!

Everything was great only issue no elevator to 2nd floor.

We stayed in a handicap room because it was almost full. The mattress was about 4” thick and appeared to be past its age of providing any form of comfort. It was absolutely awful. My husband and I took days after to actually feel better when we returned home. We almost left after the first night, but we had prepaid and it was a holiday weekend so we were most likely stuck. In the bathroom, the ceiling had stains from water overflowing above. The popcorn ceiling was bubbling,but rather then scrape it and start over , it was simply painted over. The updates in the room felt like putting lipstick on a pig. We will not be making that mistake again.

We were feeling really optimistic when checking in, as the facility looked clean and taken care of. When we got to our room, the A/C unit did not work so it was approximately 80 degrees in our room, with no way to decrease the temp. Additionally, there was a smoke alarm that chirped throughout the entire stay, even though cleaning staff had been in and out of the room. I had initially booked the hotel due to the pool and hot tub, and the hot tub was filled but was closed off, saying authorized personnel only, so we were unable to use that too.

The room was not cleaned and bed not made between stays. Breakfast bar limited, needed to ask for the food to be replenished.

Clean room. Pool was over crowded and crazy kids n adults on Saturday it was like a zoo. Couldn’t use the facilities. Sundays breakfast was good. Mondays was a bit lame.

We were in a large group and had an excellent two night stay here. The staff was so nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub area is very nice and the rooms are fine. Dated but very clean. Very convenient location, things within walking distance. We all agreed we would stay here again!

We ordered a Handi Capped room, They do NOT have a Handi Capped room with a walk in shower! Had to take a King instead of 2 queens.

The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the beds needs a mattress replaced. One half was great. The other half wanted to push you to the center of the bed.
