Great room, spacious will stay here again

The stay was great

We had 4 suites for a family weekend. Everything was clean, kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast staff was exceptional.

Best free breakfast I've ever had a hotel. Nice, quiet hotel with helpful staff.

We love this place. Pet friendly and breakfast included are the top 2 reasons we pick it. Its also close to a mall and many other places to eat.

Exceptional

We stayed due to the AC in our house being out & it being 95° outside. I got a suite with two queen beds & a pullout couch for myself and my three children so they could actually get some sleep without them sweating all night - which they did! However, the AC unit in the other half of the suite was broken. I reached out to the front desk & suggested that the thermostat may have needed new batteries. Riley came quickly & replaced them. I gave the unit some time to adjust & hoped the room would cool off. It did not. I brought fan with (thankfully) & tried to use it to pull cold air from the other room to mine, but it just ended up making both rooms hot. My kids fell asleep with their AC working fine. As the kids were sleeping & the website indicating that there weren’t any rooms left that would accommodate all of us, I messaged the front desk staff & told them that they need to have the unit looked at before they rent the room out again. It was about 80° in my half of the suite & there was nothing I could do to cool it. Also, while I know pullout couches aren’t terribly comfortable, but my word! It was like sleeping on springs with one layer of cotton makeup pads with some random nuts & bolts thrown in for good measure. When the kids woke up & came to me even they stressed how hot it was where I slept & refused to even go in that side of the room. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was kind. Front desk staff said no discount due to me having booked through Hotels.com.

Breakfast was good. The couch in the room had a stale cigarette smell even though it was a non smoker room. I asked the front desk employee at 9:00 pm if I could pay the balance with cash when I checked out , she informed that I could not only credit card ?? When I checked out in the morning cash was fine.

The room was great for the most part. The pull out couch was uncomfortable and the noise from the hallway through the night was very audible from the room where the couch was located making for a rough night of sleep. The separate bedroom area allowed for those in that space to sleep well and not hear the hallway noise as much.

The best part was it was quiet. We managed to get a top floor room, so no overhead noise. Also, there were no street noises nor banging doors. We slept well. The property is showing its age. Everything from bedding to bath fixtures is old. The free breakfast was very poorly run. Very limited offerings and not kept filled. No commitment here. Lastly at $256 per night it’s on the high side.

Beautiful, spacious room! Clean hotel. Felt safe. I was not feeling well and was not able to check in early. I can understand that that can happen but the parking lot was very empty and it is a huge hotel.

Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed.

Exceptional

Was not impresswed with the breakfast. Eggs/meat and hash browns were not hot. did not have bacon. Orange juice was mediocre, lacked flavor/taste IMO. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Seems to have a hump in the middle so the nights rest was not good.

I liked the layout and the location. Also, I liked the staff! My room had the worst shower head and spout that I have ever had! It was obviously very cheap, directionally immovable with a spray coverage area of about the size of a baseball.
