Le Méridien St. Louis Clayton

No complaints at all about this property. The lobby smelled amazing! Very clean and pleasant staff. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Parking was easily accessible to get in & out of. Great area, too, with so many restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here!

Would have liked juice or flavored waters in the to go items in lobby. Something without caffeine or artificial sugars.

The pillows were too soft and I could not prop my head up. Need one soft and one medium pillow on each king per side.

The location was close to everything, service was friendly and rooms were spotless. I would happily stay here again.

I'm giving it excellent all around because everyone has heart that works here. Cares for you and wants you to enjoy your stay

The room was very nice The bed was soft and comfy. We would stay there again My coffee maker didn't work. I was not told that they would about the 100.00 dollar hold for parking that I already paid for prior to the stay Still haven't got my money back.

Very cute hotel- clean, workers were kind and helpful. Pool was beautiful, drinks were good, and snacks were yummy. Highly recommend.

Everything Nothing

Boutique style hotel with VERY small rooms. Couldn’t access data or apps on phone without purchasing $10 daily WiFi.

For this hotel to be listed as a top rated hotel. I was extremely disappointed. Pool area was trashed. Old wet towels everywhere, trash everywhere. No staff person working the floor. Had to go all the way to the front desk. To get a clean towel to swim. Pool insides needed cleaned so badly. Someone knocked on my room door none stop all night. The room next door was extremely loud! Kids run up and down the halls all night! Room was extremely small no room to really relax. My bed had no blanket or cover on it. Just sheets. Had to go to the front desk to get a clean blanket for the bed. Complained to front desk manager at check out and she did nothing to accommodate. Just poor service would not recommend staying here ever again!

We loved the hotel and all the amenities spent my 5-year wedding anniversary here and will definitely stay here again!

The pool is not heated and the pool area is shaded until 12:30. Towels at pool and in the room are thin and rough.
