Stayed here last year because it is around the corner from the Dome and 15 minutes from the Arch. Decided to stay again this year, however, it was not the same experience. The room itself was fine, but other people complained of no ac and other issues. When I walked into the hotel, it was very hot and even the hallway on the 3rd floor was hot as well. When we were walking out atound 11am, the lobby ceiling was leaking because someone pulled the shower handle off and flooded the room to the point it was pouring thru the ceiling. The checkin and checkout was very quick. I did ask why the hotel was so hot in general, I was told the maintenance person is working on it because the ac broke. The hotel has 3 elevators, and 2 were broken, so there was only 1 elevator working and the hotel was sold out due to the concert happening, so the elevator line was long and people were complaining about the wait time.

The pool was shut down as it was not working either. They are in the process of doing some remodeling. The hallway floor in which we were on was pretty dirty. I understand that they were remodeling several rooms on our floor but I do think a vacuum could be ran from time to time. Our room was okay. We stayed 5 nights and on the third night I called and asked for fresh towels. Our rooms were never refreshed, maybe they don't do that until you check out. They were quick to bring up fresh towels. The workers at the front desk were doing their best with all of the issues at hand. They tried to make things better but man those individuals had to be exhausted from all the complaints they were receiving. The parking was slim but we were able to park in the street a block away. The only ice machine we could locate was on the 5th floor. They have room to improve the hotel and they are in the process of doing just that but we were not crazy about our stay.

Never saw a maid. Showered with 2 towels and had one of my own. Pool was green the whole stay. The place was just dirty, a real disappointment. Luckily, it was just me, but I will never stay there again.

Shower curtain was moldy and no way to adjust the air conditioning.

I liked the location and how it was walking distance to things we wanted to do. The room wasn’t cleaned. We found a balloon leftover from the people before us, tissues were not restocked, the shower was leaky, and it felt unclean.

The location isn’t in a bad area, the staff were nice The desk inside of the room was broken, the room didn’t look up to date/clean
-
It was clean Parking

Disappointing

Room was clean and quiet. That I had to pay for the breakfast there. We chose to eat elsewhere for $13.99 per person. The employee that checked us in, was less than friendly.

The rooms were nice. They said they serve breakfast daily from 7-10 thats a lie.. there was nothing

Environment wasn’t bad. The area seemed safe location wise. Facilities were dirty, they gave us dirty and stained towels, staff was rude

It was walking distance to where I wanted to go They charged me twice for the room The air conditioning didn’t work in the room they gave me Whoever cleaned to room didn’t do a good job bc there was a woman’s undergarments at the curtains. They changed my room but didn’t offer anything else.

The rooms and the pool for the kids and they don’t allow smoking The hot hallway

It’s within walking distance to many local attractions and restaurants. The cabanas around the pool are nice and there’s plenty of seating around the pool too. The rooms were dated. My sisters stayed in separate rooms and between the three of us only one room had a phone, all the cabinets for the mini fridge were hard to open/close, and the door to one room was hard to open and having to slam it shut to close made us feel like we were disturbing others. My room had one reading lamp missing and the other three didn’t work. I had an iron but no ironing board and the tub was missing a stopper. Initially walking in the room there was a mildew smell and the window was moldy from all the moisture and sunlight. Don’t waste your money on the hotel breakfast, go elsewhere. The pool had so much chlorine it made my eyes burn within minutes of being near it.

The staff was friendly. The a/c didn't work on one of the floors, I had to be switched to another room. The air quality was very poor and my chest felt tight while I was in the hotel outside of being in my room. They did not offer breakfast like advertised. I paid for this amenity and it was not available for any of the days. The bar and grill was rarely open which was another selling point for booking at this hotel. The floor in my room was dirty with stains from food. There is very limited parking and in an area that I did not feel comfortable walking down the block at night.
