Radisson Hotel St. Louis Downtown Convention Center

Never saw a maid. Showered with 2 towels and had one of my own. Pool was green the whole stay. The place was just dirty, a real disappointment. Luckily, it was just me, but I will never stay there again.

The room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again. More furniture.

the food was old and dried out. for three days. the ice machine did not work on the floor that I was on until my last day there. i was told that you had paid parking when making my arraignment to stay at your hotel.

There was one lady that worked there that was amazing she was very nice and accommodating There was no parking the ice maker on my floor didn’t work neither did the vending machines it said it was handicap and my mothers who is older and an amputee couldn’t get in the bathroom to go to the bathroom and be able to close the door let alone take a shower the elevators got stuck on the second floor they said it was breakfast included it was not it was going to cost me 12$ for a continental breakfast

That it was very close to the convention center and price was great The staff wasn’t polite, the air conditioning worked whenever, elevators worked sometimes(almost got stuck)

Rate All the construction. Wasn’t very clean around desk or elevators.

Staff was friendly, beds were comfy. Kids running around in the halls until 2/3AM LOUD, bathrooms were very outdated and dirty. Paint peeling off of tub/shower and mirror was crazy peeling

The room size First room no working air conditioner, Tv or phone and the tub was hideous I requested someone to come clean before I showered the housekeeping was giving me excuses I ask for cleaning products to clean myself

But the service was unsatisfactory. We stayed five days. We were told that if we need anything we would have to request it the day before that include towels,coffee,and trash bags. None of the ice machines worked you had to get that at the front desk. The elevators hafe worked. And they changed $11:00 for a continental breakfast. All I can say is need to do better. Hostess could improve on there attitude. The bed and the shower/ tub after I clean it.

The breakfast was too pricey for the amount of money that was spent just to stay. The food was not hot and the coffee was warm. The overall experience could have been better. No ice on the floors until we are checking out. The elevator was not working properly.

Location No housekeeping had to constantly ask for towels the couch was dirty and only two hangers in closet

(I wore shower shoes). The carpet had stains and was worn. Wallpaper wall peeling. Lamp beside bed was broken off I did not research the property throughly. Or I wouldn’t have book it!!! Couldn’t change booking or go to another hotel-nothing else was available.

It was close to the convention center. I know smoking marjuana is legal but the smell was all in the hall ways. They ran out of towels, didn’t have face clothes.

Shower curtain was moldy and no way to adjust the air conditioning.

I liked the location and how it was walking distance to things we wanted to do. The room wasn’t cleaned. We found a balloon leftover from the people before us, tissues were not restocked, the shower was leaky, and it felt unclean.

The location isn’t in a bad area, the staff were nice The desk inside of the room was broken, the room didn’t look up to date/clean
