It was nice!

Dirty room and expensive parking
-
Hotel is needing to be remodeled.
-
Convenient location, clean. However, carpets and room furnishings definitely showed a bit of wear.
-
What was really unique about the property is that you could walk to any restaurant without even leaving the building. Everything is connected with skywalks.

Everything was decent. I should have read reviews before booking because I’m a person who gets hot easily and they had NO AC! It was only FAN! That’s crazy! At night I would be so HOT! Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. I don’t mind paying the $16 per person. But I do mind that we still had one hour left and there was ONE single slice of bread left. Only serves scrambled eggs, sausage patties and waffles. The rest was fruits that wasn’t fresh and was soggy, yogurt and cereal. I had to ask TWICE for butter for my single slice of bread. Which was pretty annoying. Wish they had more options for $16 so-called breakfast buffet. Overall, it was okay.

I see a lot of people complaining about the parking, but for the parking garage it was $26 a night WITH in and out privileges and open 24/7, $22 without in/out. The garage also has an elevator connected to the hotel, so easy access going from your room and to your car. Otherwise there’s also street parking around to do that instead if you wanted something cheaper. It is downtown, so you won’t find free parking like that.

Everything had a price. Nothing came with the room. No TV, wifi, breakfast or parking. The breakfast was $16 and had less than a free breakfast at a Hampton Inn. I've spent 12 nights in hotels this year and this was the worst experience this year and the past 2 years combined. Hilton should sell this one to get their name off of it. Ill be surprised if I get my room deposit back.

The carpet in the room was very sticky and dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty. Complimentary coffee would be nice in the lobby

Bummed that on a concert night, the bar wasn't opened. Oh well!
-
Hallway carpet on 16th floor was ragged and dirty. Carpet outside our room was wavy-1”to 2”waves . I tripped and fell one day. Very unsafe.
-
Location and parking accessible and included Breakfast not included, needs to pay it apart.
-
Clean room.

The front desk gentleman did not provide great customer service. He greeted me with an attitude when checking in and did not provide the welcome I was expecting. The floors smelled like smoke. The King bed room was spacious and got the job done. Overall an okay experience nothing terrible but nothing to be amazed about.

You had to pay for any food at the grill bar restaurant even morning coffee 3.85 if you didn't like the coffee in your room beautiful place nice parking garages . They were very helpful. We had two Uber rides excellent. You do have to be on the actual Uber website tho.It would be nice to had a hot tub there but it was a very nice place to stay .
