No breakfast

Room was not that clean and the tub drained very slow that it east half full by the time your done with your shower. The breakfast was wonderful and most important the staff was excellent.

Nice friendly staff. Clean and quiet hotel. Near a lot of places within walking distance.

Wonderful location & staff. Had a great view of the river, and the rooms were clean & comfortable.

Room was nice and clean. There is a restaurant on-site but we didn't go in there. I wish there was a vending machine area or better signage about getting bottles of water from the Front Desk. I only found out later on the little slip included with the key card and we were on our way to check out. Overall great one-night stay for the Saints baseball game.

Great location and clean room. My only complaint was the air conditioning could not be turned down low enough. I hate having a warm and stuffy room so I wanted to lower the AC to 65 degrees for sleeping at night and was unable to do so. The AC system did not allow me to override the preset which seemed to be 75 degrees.

Nice mid-century type vibe to the hotel, that comes across as authentic. Nice location. Walls are a little thin.

Staff was friendly, room and hotel were clean. None of the the ice machines we tried on 3 different floors worked and I could not call down to the valet shed of time as the phone line was a constant busy signal.

Convenient location to see a show and reasonably priced for the area. Vallet parking is extra but worth it. The vallet staff were very friendly, quick, and organized. Check in was very friendly. The room had a couple outlets that didn't work, but clean and comfortable. Hotel resteraunt was solid and able to accommodate food allergies. The bar stayed open late with a really friendly bartender. Would definitely stay again

Hotel, staff and location were great!

Had to listen to a constant beeping feom the fire alarm that was covered in plastic to muffled the sound, but the problem is it didn't! Lights weren't working in the room and barely any water pressure to take a shower. And coming into the hotel in the evening had to make it past all of the hookers working the hotel, seriously! Find a different hotel to stay at, so disappointing!

Gotta say most relieving part was no time limit on checking in. Must have been 1am or later maybe 3am before I got myself together and figured out what I was doing to try to check in

Good location

The view of the river is beautiful! The hotel is close to lots of things. Walking around this downtown area feels very safe. Parking is difficult. Valet parking available but expensive. The skywalk system that connects (maybe) to the venue we were attending was so confusing we ended up a little lost and asking directions on the street.

The room was clean. The staff were very friendly, would stay again.

Terrific restaurant! Great views! Completely quiet! Excellent valet parking!
