Great location, nice room. Loved that the sheets and towels had no scent!! The coffee maker in the room didn’t work.

The 2 queen + sleeper sofa worked so well for us with 3 kids. Clean, great coffee & breakfast, friendly staff.

This hotel is downtown but has very convenient parking inside a parkade. The hotel itself was very clean. You can tell the staff work very hard at making the hotel a very clean and welcoming environment. The front desk staff were also really friendly and great. We enjoyed the pool every night we were there. The breakfast included in the morning was one of the best breakfasts I’ve seen at a hotel. Freshly made hot breakfast sandwiches, Nutella, fresh options, delicious. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to come back!

The room was not ready upon our 3pm arrival. the pull out couch was horrendously uncomfortable. I did not get much sleep on that thing. A fan in the bathroom would have been nice as well.

Everything was great. The Neighborhood ✨ was not where I’d pick in the future, but it was pretty ideal for going to the yacht club music festival. The staff were really the shining star of the stay at this hotel. I think his name was Timmy at the front desk… Just the most fantastic customer service ever. And everybody else was right up there at the top too!!

Not a fan of the pool, more kid friendly. No hot tub or sauna for Adults, which seemed odd, cause it seems like an overall more adult hotel.

The staff was excellent and was extremely helpful. I will not go through Expedia anymore because they charged $50 more than the other room that we got when we arrived. The hotel was very clean. There should be a brief explanation on parking because it's very confusing on where to park when arriving because you need to go in first to get a room key in order to park in the hotel ramp. But, the hotel is in a great location. Went to Arlays bar/grill which is right around the corner and they shuttle you to different events which was extremely convenient. The only thing that needs improvement is the mattress on the pullout couches. They are horribly thin and uncomfortable, even for children.
