The hotel was awesome and the free amenities were awesome, but we had an issue with parking and that was a mess; it ended up being free, but the woman who was there for checkout was unhelpful and rude. I don’t understand why she had such a problem as I asked for a receipt. I just wanted to make sure we weren’t charged for parking and she was so rude! She would send my receipt for incidentals because I used hotels.com. She kept asking what I wanted and I said any incidentals and kept asking, well what do you want. It was very rude the way I was spoken to when I was just asking for a zero balance receipt. I just had to take her word that I didn’t have any charges:

Really good comfortable rooms, lots of space, good decorations, and very convenient that you provide meals like you do. I wish you had tea kettles. I drink tea. But I managed with your hot water dispencer.

Our stay was fantastic. Staff was amazing, hotel was well maintained and beds were so comfortable. Hotel was very busy but quiet. Definitely will stay again. Great location, convenient to great food.
