. They charged for coffee and extra charge. I will never stay there again I expect a refund

Parking was easy to do after checking in. It was a little hard to pull into the area to park by the door as a van blocked the way out for customers to easily come in and out. easy check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of room. Carpet in the hallway looked like it needed replacing as it was bubbly on the floor. We didn't eat at the restaurant on site or use the pool or the fitness center. easy checking out as well.

Room was old and small. Lots of kids yelling and screaming late at night. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Very limited tv channels. Bed was uncomfortable. You have to pay to park in their parking garage $24. They offer check out at noon which would be nice. However, we left before 8am so we could go home and get rest.

Staff was absolutely amazing from the check in to the cleaning staff. Connected parking garage is awesome for this area. Rooms could use an update but not terrible by any means. TV system is not updated to use your own streaming services unfortunately.

Was a great place to stay and could walk to our entertainment.

This hotel is in a fantastic downtown Minneapolis location with excellent transit options, making it a quick trip over to the State Capitol building. The front desk team was absolutely amazing, welcoming, helpful, and highly professional. Unfortunately, the physical condition of the property did not match the great service. The shower in my room was very dated, and the hallway carpet on my floor had visible water damage and was lifting. The staff is wonderful, but management needs to address these aging facilities.

We attended a music festival and the location was great and very walkable. Staff was extremely helpful.

Great place to stay. Close to downtown I would stay there again.

The room was not great. The bathroom was falling apart. The door was coming apart. The bathtub was so close to the ceiling that you kept hitting your hands when showering. There was rust coming out of all the fixtures and handles. We ran out of toilet paper the first day and didnt have extra. We were there for 4 nights and were supplied with the 2- half rolls left from before. There is a huge sitting area that should be used for the bathroom. The bathroom was so small that you had to shut the door to fully sit on the toilet. The bed was terrible as well. So springy that you thought you were going to fly across the room if the other person in bed moved an inch. Place was remolded in 2012 and desperately needs it again. There is a restaurant there that got such bad reviews that we didn't try it. The location is the only thing this place has going for it. It was only a few blocks from the festival we were attending. I would give this place a 2 star rating

Breakfast was not included as advertised. $21 for adults on the weekend.

The staff were great. The parking is as convenient as could be, but a bit expensive for guests even with come and go privileges. There is no real lobby experience. No coffee bar, no breakfast (furnished by the hotel, attached restaurant only), no lounge. Again, the staff are great, the property is in desperate need of updating. I, unintentionally but apparently, reserved the congressional suite with capital views. Over $1300 for a 3 night stay. The views were great. The room was huge. The bedside lamps did not match. The bedside phone was not plugged in. The kitchenette faucet leaked. And the single tub/shower, single toilet, (at least) double sink, approx. 67 steps from the bed, bathroom, felt and looked more like an old Super 8 than a 17th floor "suite." In fact, the only thing "suite" about this ridiculous room was the 8 person dining table with accompanying chairs. Totally unnecessary. This could all be acceptable if it were a themed hotel and room 1763 was the "time travel" suite. Not the case, however. Again.... the staff was great. This is a property/corporate issue. Double Tree by Hilton. Don't be so braggadocios about having 500 hotels around the world until they're all worth bragging about. Travelers to the magnificent twin cities of Minneapolis and St Paul deserve better.

Not worth the price- suite was super outdated
-
House was great besides it could use new carpet in the hallways very bunchy. Besides that room was great.
-
Rooms were very hot and beds were quite hard. Was not able to enjoy the bar/restaurant as their hours are very inconvenient. Only open during certain hours during the day and close early on weekend nights. Great location and staff was very nice.

It felt more like an apartment building than a hotel with 20 plus people using it as housing.

Paid parking

Great location. Expensive for the condition of the rooms, rust spots on fixtures, ladybugs in towels in bathroom. Towels stored in shower space so they get steamy. Floors are stained and dirty.

Dirty room and expensive parking
