InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront by IHG

The room was riverside and had a beautiful view. However the room was very small and had an awkward transition to the bathroom. We also didn’t love that the shower had a partial glass wall with no door, so water constantly sprayed all over the floor. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

There was a sort of sewage backup odor in the middle of night that didn't last long fortunately.

Very cute / nice and I had a great view with the river room!

No microwave , no trash bags , no working heater

major issues with my room and getting it resolved.

Rooms were damaged and the parking was not accessible

The pillow were the best I have ever slept on.

Wonderful service especially in the coffee shop! Valet service was also very good! Rooms are nice but feeling a bit dated, Beds are very comfy! Byredo bathroom amenities are wonderful!

An amazing bargain on the weekend!

This hotel was very nice. Other than the fact that you have to pay for parking here and there is no free breakfast or pool. It has a nice view of the river. Also the incedental fee of 200 dollars took me by surprise.

Family friendly, amazing staff, beautiful view

The location of the hotel was fantastic with a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out. Check-in was easy and seamless. The facility and rooms were very clean, however, there were signs of wear and tear; some dressers were scratched, paint peeling off of the bathtub, and some of the beds were a bit sunken in the middle. With all of that said, we felt safe and welcomed.

The hotel does not detail how unsafe the outside is. The smoke alarm in our room went off during the showers. The TV did not work. And the room would not heat up

Room was very clean. Staff was amazing. The valet parking was awesome!

Hotel was not only dirty but I also saw signs of bed bugs. My concerns were not taken seriously until a security guard agreed with me on the situation. Dirty bathrooms, have to pay for valet parking. Valet took quite a long time, and while checking in, pretty late, the lady at the front desk was clearly under the influence of some sorts, considering her pupils were the size of Neptune and the clear sign of face picking and the erratic way she held conversation and fast movement. I would like to add this hotel is nice during the day, but feels like a completely different hotel at night, not in a good way!!

Comfortable beds, plenty of room in the bathroom, great view of the river, convenient to other St. Paul attractions.
