Great location. Farmers market with in walking distance. E got there by Amtrak and walked from the station.

Valet staff was good
-
Didn’t realize, when I booked, that there was no parking included at the hotel. Only options were valet or parking garage down the road.
-
The room was clean and beautiful. Location was in the downtown, convenience for walking.
-
The rooms were huge which me and my family loved. But,the parking was what threw us off. No parking! only Valet!

The hotel was very nice, and the complimentary breakfast is above average. The stay was marred by a large group partying and making extreme noise at various times during the night, and in the hallway. Although one guest was evidently escorted out at 4:30 am, I question how all of those people were allowed access (obviously not all staying at the hotel).

Good location, good hotel, clean large rooms. Secure entry and easy to navigate the hotel. Staff was was friendly but lacked some customer service traits. This could be because of the city/metro location. But I would stay here again.
-
Huge and beautiful rooms. Good breakfast. Some USB port or charger port would help.
-
The extremely high ceilings in the regular rooms give you a sense of awe. Some rooms are also exceptionally spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the Amtrak station and the Mississippi River that runs through St. Paul, where you can find a farmers' market and a small dog park along the riverfront. Dining options in the surrounding area are somewhat limited, but you can enjoy a quick breakfast at the hotel.

Amazing place. Great location. Breakfast struggled keeping up with the numbers.
-
My room had not been vacuumed well with glitter all over the floor. The front desk people weren’t always there. The breakfast was terrible.

Staff was great
-
This place is clean including the lobby and the hotel room, staff is good, valet parking available, the price is reasonable, hotel is on incline area, not flat-out. The breakfast is not that good. We tried the fruit mixed salad and it tasted as it was overdue, not eatable and the whole boil egg is so cold as it was stored overnight. You choose where you want to stay with or without breakfast. This is an honest review.

Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke as did the sheets on the bed. The room felt dirty, the carpets as if they hadn't been cleaned in years, and the bathroom sink water ran at a trickle. It felt like a cheap motel, very worn and decrepit, and not befitting of the Hyatt name.

Good

Hotel was great overall, the only down side was that we stayed there 4 nights, 5 days and no housekeeping to clean the rooms, take out trash, or replenish towels. Had to track down a house keeper to get more towels but my rooms were never cleaned and trash was never taken out. Just kept piling to the point where we had to take out our own trash to keep from over filling.
-
Old architecture high ceilings were attractive, receptionists in all shifts seem like do not know that there is such a thing called smile. Very dry answers with sort of contemptuous attitude.
