Breakfast did not provide juices or juice products.Moreover this is a Pet Friendly facility that does not inform visitors that pets are not allowed in the Swimming pool. Parking is difficult due to Valet system.

The staff was very attentive, kind, and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. You could truly feel their effort to make our stay memorable. The room was also very comfortable, spotless, and perfectly prepared for relaxing and enjoying our time. It was a beautiful experience, and I truly appreciate all the attention and care they had with us. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again.

The staff, including both valets, were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. My daughter is gluten-free, and although there was gluten-free bread, it was the only option and it had shared tongs with the regular bread, thus cross-contamination.

We had a great stay there and Mister Brian the valet was so very nice. He was always cheerful and helpful, but his attitude was the best. The rest of the staff was awesome and helpful.

Staff was amazing, hotel was very clean, breakfast was very good. Only set back is you have to valet your car, which I get but not something I like doing.

The hotel was not clean. The elevators were dirty the entire time we were there, the lobby was ok, but needed deep cleaning. The room was so so, and the exterior sidewalk was filthy. The businesses around the area did not front entrance cleaning than the hotel. We did not feel comfortable even considering to use the pool or other amenities. Hair on the pillows and towels, from lack of proper washing.

A VERY NICE STAY IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN ST. PETE. THE HOTEL WAS RENOVATED AND EVEYTHING WAS UPDATED. I WOULD STAY AGAIN.

Breakfast and location was wonderful Breakfast on Saturday was horrible -But Sunday it was great.
