Sorry to old. When you see the picture online, it's like a FIVE star hotel when you get there. It's like a TWO star hotel

Ok hotel for the price and its location. Sheets are not so soft, no trash can in the room, the hotel can use some updating. The biggest thing is having to pay for garage parking ($10) every time you leave the parking, even if you come back 5 minutes later. I understand that the garage parking is not their property but this affects your stay because the actual hotel does not have parking. Won’t be back.

I enjoyed staying there for the first time; Friday and Saturday night. The night time disc clerk, Rob treated me and my wife with the utmost respect and made us feel very comfortable. The next time I come back to St Petersburg I will be staying there. CLOSE TO MR. ROB!

The room was fine for the price I paid. It was a good deal. It is very close to the harbor and the famous St Pete’s Pier. Close to restaurants, bars and entertainment. I would book here again.

This is right off of Central Ave, right in the middle of night life and amazing area. The public parking is a minor inconvenience, I was able to park there and walk back and forth between my car and the hotel. The elevator on property is rickety and takes a long time but otherwise all was good during my stay.

Very close to the pier!

Again....it's an old building but I will not stay here again. The room was clean. The staff was mostly friendly and welcoming. But we need some fabreez in here or something.

This property does not offer on-site parking which we had to pay $26 extra for a parking garage. Also, there’s only one elevator and it was built in the 1700s. Overall, my guest experience was satisfied definitely a prime location would’ve gave it four stars but the parking when having kids it’s a lot. Overall, the outside bars is a plus definitely not bad.

The staff was helpful but need to be more empathetic The room was big need more cleaning on the floors

Walking distance to everything , nice

The shower only got luke warm, and the elevator was extremely slow, but for a one night stay, close to everything, it was perfect. The room was very clean and charming, the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in, and the staff was very nice.

This is not the first time I have stayed here but it was the worst experience. First of all I did the pay at the property option when I booked but the morning of the hotel charged my card without even asking. When I called and asked why they said bc they were fully booked they were charging cards and canceling the reservations of anyone whose payment didn’t go through. Once we checked in the bed was practically sitting on the floor. There hot was not hot at all in fact it was barely warm and the water pressure was light enough that a butterfly could use the shower. So honestly disappointed with the overall stay.

Location Not what I had expected. Just a historical hotel. Just old and disappointing
-
not as nice as it looks, got a pretty crusty room with a janky shower and a few bugs. just go with something cheaper it will probably be better - nice location though. parking is not free

Pictures and reviews are deceptive. Place is a complete dump.

Small bed tiny bathroom as if on a Cruise See through bathroom doors No valet , parking garage block away 24$ a night, not disclosed I hotel information No drop off and pick up area ion Friday or Saturday evening and night. No hot water at the sink. Linens stained Staff had no resources to help out Not enough space to dry off from the tiny shower or shave at the sink unless the bathroom door was open Very disappointing.
