I want to give a shout out to Ms. Erica at the front desk. My family and I had just landed from a red eye flight, we were extremely tired and just wanted to shower and go to bed. She recognized that and told me she would call me when the room was ready. She didnt hesitate to call me back as soon as the room was available. My family and I had a wonderful room for us ready to go. She didn't know that we were in town for a funeral but her kindness and wonderful customer service was top notch. I even heard her talking to a previous guest on the phone who had some complaints and she offered the best customer service I've seen in a long time, it was refreshing. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. You have a great team there. Ms. Erica keep up the good work. Be blessed.

The staff was so kind and welcomed us back every time we came in. :) They held our luggage because we got there before check in time so we could still check out the town. The breakfast was good and the decor was sooo cute and everything was updated. It’s also a super great spot for walking to the pier, coffee, and other fun things!

Hampton made a mistake with our reservations. First we booked a room for two nights.later we added two more nights and was given a different reservation and room for the additional nights which was fine, but at check in a nice front desk young man said we did NOT have to change rooms after our first two nights,we could stay in our first reserved room for the entire stay. We thanked him , said great. After our first two nights were up we received a very rude demanding call from Erika at desk saying we had to get out of that room in one hour. told earlier we could have that same room for entire stay. I explained that to her and that I had food poisoning and we were never told we would have to change rooms. She argued and demanded we vacate that room or staff would be there to physically remove us and our belongings . Upset, we packed everything and instead of moving to another room, we checked out, will never stay at a Hampton. I took photos of the mildew, black mold all around our patio door and the blackened scum covering many of the a/c units on the outside where air was being brought into units. others said we should report this to health department. Food for breakfast was horrible, tho advertised as the best around! Hardly anything available.had to leave hotel to look for a decent breakfast by foot b c our car keys were held by concierge and we had no idea where the car was, told we had to give half hour notice when we needed our car. We mostly had to walk everywhere.

The location was perfect. We attended the Blues Fest and could walk to the event!

I am distraught over our stay. The room was horrible. Food on the ground, hair in the shower, MOLD in the microwave. The breakfast attendant was going behind people saying “put the lid on, put the laddle back.” And then making it known by doing it loudly. I have pictures and I’m sending to management and corporate.

We always stay here! They're amazing. Room 230 is the best.

Our room was really clean and the breakfast was really good!
-
Get better breakfast!!!
-
Everything immaculate and well presented - breakfast good and a good time window 6-10am. We’ll definitely be back next year !

The reason i gave 4 Star is i know its Florida but in the eating area there was a cockroach. The area was very clean i think it maybe a 1 off but still kind of a sight when eating breakfast

The staff were professional and courteous. Check in was a breeze and the valet parking went smoothly. The room was large and met our needs. We had to keep the room quite cold to help prevent humidity from rising.

Greyson at the front desk was great, besides the smell of stale cigarettes in the lobby, the rest of the hotel was clean. The absolute worst part is the valet parking, it takes 30 minutes to get your car and when you come back to the hotel to park its a 50/50 chance you will find a spot to park for the valet. If you do find a spot there is another 50/50 chance the valet will be there to take your key. The employees work hard however they only have one worker so it is miserable. After the first day I found a parking garage up the street that was a lot faster and cheaper than the valet service. The valet parking situation is a nightmare.

Location was great. Breakfast was good but that’s about it. Stayed two nights. Cleanliness was poor. Our first room had palmetto bugs and the shower drain didn’t work. Small bug in the bathroom when we got back from a night out but huge one near the couch the next morning. My boyfriend managed to kill it. We both hate bugs. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed as someone’s earplug was next to the bed. Hallways and elevators were dirty. Hotel was sold out due to the July 4th weekend. They switched our room and the second night was ok. I’ve never stayed at a Hampton or Hilton and not sure if I will again based on our experience. I usually book with Marriott.

Awesome experience keep up the amazing work
-
Great room, super friendly and helpful staff, lots of choices for breakfast, quick drive up valet parking, BUT NOT HAPPY WITH $25 fee for parking
-
Breakfast did not provide juices or juice products. Moreover this is a Pet Friendly facility that does not inform visitors that pets are not allowed in the Swimming pool. Parking is difficult due to Valet system.
-
