The location is great!

Truly my worst Hilton experience ever!!!! The check in staff was both rude and incompetent. The regional manager on duty did nothing to address the situation when the systems were down.

I stayed here to attend a few Rays games. This is strictly a business hotel with large banquet rooms. The hotel was very clean and well kept. There is a free shuttle which was extremely convenient to and from the game located about 2 blocks away and a Publix right behind the hotel. My only feedback is the limited parking on the city streets so I got hooked for 45 dollar a night valet which the staff even acknowledged as expensive. I also felt the food at the hotel was not family friendly and way over priced.

I had a great one-night stay at this Hilton. It was my first time here, and I was impressed with both the hotel and its location. Being within walking distance of the St. Petersburg Pier and all the nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions made it incredibly convenient. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Very convenient if in town for a rowdies game

Should have paid attention to reviews. Front desk employee was as unfriendly, unhelpful and rude as I’ve ever encountered. Restaurant staff were awesome. Room had a very musty smell but was clean with comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. Too many alternative options to this Hilton when customer service is such an important aspect of a hotel stay.

Elevators closed. Check out process took hours. Shower was running and couldn't shut off. Only decent thing was the pool and location

Dirty and somewhat run down. Mold in the bathroom shower. Staff did an excellent job taking care of us and moved us there was a little mold in the 2nd bathroom too. Chairs in the lobby ripped and dirty. 1 out of 3 elevators only working.

Great place to stay, close to entertainment area

My room had several things that needed replacing/maintaining.

This was a last minute stay due to my apartment being worked on or I wouldve never stayed here. The hotel smelled musty, the hotel had mandatory valet parking for $50 after tax and before tip or you had to find 2hr max street parking and shuffle your car 10 times a day. The hotel staff was not welcoming and had terrible attitudes. My first hotel room had dust on the bed hair on the pillows. The second one smelled awful and had green stuff ( probably mold) around the sink and shower, had dirty mirrors and a sticky bathroom floor. The shower was broken so maintenance needed to fix it and the cleaning people couldnt even find a clean towels so I just used the same one for my entire stay bc of how dirty this place was. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This hotel needs to be deeply cleaned, inspected and a remodel.

Room was worn and rugs filthy. Water pressure in sink didn’t exist. Shower was dirty with prior guest hair as an added bonus. Toilet paper dispenser falling off wall. Was a pretty lousy experience.
-
When I hold it into my coffee, it turned into a cottage cheese.
-
Avoid at all costs rooms are musky smell like moisture and overall terribly cleaned. Cables were dusty. This hotel requires maintenance and cleaning the lamp shades dirty
-
The room had signs of water damage in multiple areas. The bedding was clean, but there was mold on the bathroom walls in spots that may be from said water damage. The hallway ceilings also showed signs of water damage.
