Beware of booking through Hotels.com because the pictures advertising this property (particularly the beautiful beach front) are in a completely different place. There is no beach here. It is on a main road and had a view of a roof and the back door of a stadium. The children were really disappointed and so was I. The bell staff were great, the pool area was nice enough but the management at the hotel were completely apathetic about their property being incorrectly depicted on the app. If I had wanted a city stay on downtown ast Pete’s this would have been fine but I chose based on the beachfront views. Waste of money

Even was told after arriving that they, the hotel is cashless & there is a $45 per night parking fee. This information would have been helpful before.

Front desk understaffed & usually takes minimum 30 minute wait. Have to track down valet for assistance or to get a cart. Front Desk personal tell you outside valet has to get cart & take you and your things up to your room. And outside valets tell you Front desk has to get someone to get a cart & help you take your things up to your room. And will argue with you as you go running back & forth. So you can take your stuff up to your room. And when it's time to check out, you have to beg for a cart to bring personal belongings down. While being questioned about how long would check out take (they were asking me). And how long until cart will be returned. Then questioned if outside valet had been advised so that car can be brought around, so cart can be returned promptly. Mind you, this is before cart was even brought out. Interesting interrogation to use a cart/get assistance. There were alot of seemly unHilton like experiences. That started before check in. Also, room a/c made water gurgling sound ...

Very nice

I liked the appearance on the inside of the lobby. It’s was very nice and appealing. However, the things that bothered me most were: lack of parking availability, valet parking fees, and my room needed much repairs/work. There was a hole at the bottom of the bathroom the door and it looks dirty. The toilet has rust inside the bowl. The shower/tub water wouldn’t drain the water timely, like it was clogged. And parts of the carpet when you walked on it had dips, like the carpet was replaced over damage to the floor and it wasn’t repaired before putting down the carpet. The employee that checked me out was nice, but checking not so much. The room was definitely not what I was expecting to for a Hilton hotel, perhaps the valet pricing, but not condition of the room.

This was the worst Hilton stay I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this location. We had to move rooms three times because they had not been cleaned. There was a stain on the bed sheets, hair in the shower, food stains in the refrigerator and mold in the shower as well. The manager for this location refused to speak with us for hours and was dismissive when we spoke to her. The staff did not use cleaning supplies at all when we saw them clean our room after having to ask for it to be cleaned. We had to sleep in the car the first time. I’ve never had this issue with Hilton, but I would not recommend the St. Petersburg Bayfront location.

First off the valet per night is super high and unreasonable… then the elevators smell of urine the whole time we stayed there which only 2 worked the 3rd did not and made wait times very long sometimes. Our bathroom had a leaking toilet and the shower water barely got hot so don’t plan on many hot showers I guess.. no water or ice machine only the $10/$12 bottles at the front honestly it was just the area that was good and it was decently clean. Wouldn’t book again I’m not sure if that’s just the area of town or what but not the standard I’m used to for the price I’ve had to pay.

Great place to stay - friendly staff, clean rooms, easy to walk to restaurants and bars

I will definitely be returning. Lots of nightlife and Mr. Tony was very helpful during checkout.
-
the room smelled stale
-
Valet was unorganized with long wait times, even when requesting the car in advance from their texting service. Additionally, only one elevator was working - leading the long waits amongst others in the hotel. Again, staff were exceptionally nice, but the overall condition of the property was unacceptable.
-
The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
-
The bathroom was dirty, the sink was clogged they had to send maintenance to fix it, the iron didn’t work either the walls by the closet were full of little footprints, the hotel needs a renovation.

Beautiful hotel, great location But personal issues with price for what you received. Hope Hilton might not be losing their edge
-
The hotel was old, dirty, not well maintained and overpriced for the quality and condition of the hotel. There was cockroaches and the rooms smelled terrible. Super disappointed.

This is my third stay, perfect location

On top of that, many areas of the property were in very poor condition. The hallways, common areas, and parts of the facilities looked old, neglected, and in desperate need of maintenance. The overall appearance gave the impression that the hotel has not been properly cared for in a long time. What made the experience even worse was the unpleasant smell throughout several parts of the building. The odor was noticeable in the hallways and other common areas, making it uncomfortable to walk around or even relax. Cleanliness and maintenance should be basic priorities for any hotel, but unfortunately that was not the case here. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. I don’t mind staying at a simple hotel, but I do expect a clean, well-maintained environment with enough parking for guests. Sadly, this hotel did not meet those basic expectations. Unless significant improvements are made to the facilities, cleanliness, and parking situation, I cannot recommend staying here. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in improving the property because it has a lot of potential, but in its current condition, I
