Great location Alarms in both of our rooms went off at 6 AM. We weren’t planning on getting up until 8 after a long night.

Liked the location, pool, spa and size of the room. Staff was friendly but not very helpful with some issues. I was told they gave out cookies which would have been nice but told they no longer did that. I liked the coffee but the water cups and orange juice cups were tiny. OJ was also a mix and not 100 percent orange juice. Looks like corners were being cut. Staff was friendly but follow through was inadequate. Room was clean when we started our stay but bathroom and floors were not cleaned. No fitness center, site claimed to have one. We stayed 5 days and were told the room would be serviced every 2nd or 3rd day. We requested new towels after 2 days and we had to ask to get them on day 3 and they made us take our used ones to them. The trash was not emptied until day 4 and the sheets not changed until day 4 either. The breakfast had scrambled eggs which were salty and sausage. No pancakes, bacon- same every day. Only fruit was an apple.

Super friendly and prompt staff. The a/c in the room had a very fowl musty odor so we turned it off completely upon arrival. The pillows are all firm so an updated selection would be great, especially since the mattress is nice. The elevator works but definitely needs a tune up and I wouldn't want a room next to it. Real brewed coffee in the lobby would be wonderful vs. the instant machine. Our second time staying at this location.

They put us in a pet friendly room; we didn't have pets. The room was clean and well maintained. The walk-in shower was nice!! Good location right off the Interstate, close to some fast-food places. Was close to the places we needed to go.

Our room flooded and some of our things got soaked so we told the front desk and they just said “yeah the rain just blows in”. Okay, bye.

The staff was very attentive & the room was clean & neat. It is an older facility but has been well maintained & updated.
