Motel needs work. Hallways were dirty and walls need painted. Our room was super clean but the beds were awful.

Faith at the front desk was very helpful i needed an extra blanket and she immediately gave me one. The bathroom sink was slow to drain.

The rooms were clean and fairly updated with new flooring which is always nice in a hotel room. The staff assisted in booking my room next door to my other family members.

The hot tub —- the tiles around the inside of the hot tub were broken and caulking was missing and what was there was dingy and dirty. It didn’t have enough water in it so the whole time the return valves were making this terrible sucking slurping sound.

It was conveniently located , room was clean, and they asked if we preferred 1st or 2nd floor. Quiet we hardly heard anyone else until time for checkout then it was just the normal door closing noise. Front Desk person gave us good recommendation for dinner. Because the area was in a Tornado watch, she made sure we knew that the bathroom would be our tornado shelter if needed. I’m a larger person and the glass shower was a little cramped for my liking. In defense the bathroom itself self was pretty spacious. I didn’t ask for a mobility accessibly room due to the rooms being limited.

Kids loved the heated pool. Comfortable bed, good shower and decent breakfast. They were pretty good for being overwhelmed/completely full due to the storm early in the week that put a lot of locals in hotels due to no power
