The rooms were right. The exterior needs to be cleaned and upgraded, things like the parking lot and the fencing and the trash. But the rooms were very spacious and very clean. It's right off interstate 70 but it does seem a little expensive for the area.

The TV didn’t work. Missed USA World Cup match. Night staff tried to help. Problem is the owners knows about the problem with his TVs but won’t fix it.

Had a decent bed TV had no signal. At 7pm, there was no hot water. When walking from my cold shower to the bed, my feet got filthy. Breakfast was a waffle maker, toast and cold cereal.

I’m a woman traveling cross-country alone in a 26-foot U-Haul towing a car trailer, and I arrived around 10:00 PM completely exhausted after a long day of driving. Instead of being greeted or welcomed, the man at the front desk immediately and aggressively reprimanded me for how I pulled in, saying I could have hit the roof with the van. For the record — I didn’t hit anything. That was strike one. Trying to overlook the attitude because I was tired and just wanted sleep, I checked in and was handed my key with zero additional information. What he failed to mention was that he assigned me the very last room at the end of the building with absolutely no turnaround area for a vehicle my size. Since he had already seen the massive setup I was driving well enough to yell at me about it, a warning would have been appreciated. Strike two. Then came the part that made me genuinely uncomfortable. I don’t scare easily, but this place felt unsafe. There were at least seven intoxicated men spread across the rooms above mine, yelling, blasting music, and hanging around work vans parked directly outside. The second I stepped out of my truck, I was met with catcalls and crude gestures. Thankfully, my 120-pound dog made it very clear their attention was unwelcome, but even with him there, I did not feel safe. I’m not even going to fully get into how dirty the room was or the fact that the TV didn’t work. The entire experience felt like something out of a movie where a desperate person rents a room for the night in the worst possible part of a drug-infested city. If safety, professionalism, cleanliness, or basic customer service matter to you, keep driving and stay literally anywhere else.

Staff was friendly and made check in easy

Nice big room. Bed slept great.

A/C and heat was crap. The staff was terrible 😔 very rude they were supposed to be given me a deposit back and they refused due to my dogs on the bed and never told us not too have them up there. One of the staff charged me for for one of my dogs@$105 and put my other one as a service dog I was moving so I didn't have both papers. Then tried to charge me after I left at check out after I went off on them for my deposit not coming back I will never return to another days inn in my life. I had to clean my room. And tried to charge my card again for some reason but I have it lock and now getting a new one

It was accessible to the highway. A little run down on the outside. The continental breakfast was minimal.
-
Such friendly staff. The whole family was delightful and ready to accommodate. The bed could have used a new mattress as the springs clicked every time I moved.
-
Staff were very kind. Room was clean. TV didnt work. Staff tried to fix but took awhile. Could clearly hear people above our room moving things around.
-
Breakfast was a joke. Shower had hair in it.
-
For the price it was very lacking.
-
The motel is older but the rooms are very clear. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. There were work crews staying here and they tend to get noisy as they’re leaving. The price was very reasonable!

Okay...didn't have a lot of choices...ran out of milk for cereal...only 2 choices for cereal and a waffle maker for the main course and juice or coffee for drinks, which is fine just not for us... The fact that I booked a handicap room and when I arrived, I was told they didn't have any handicapped rooms per say but all the ground level rooms were considered handicapped because of being on the ground floor. What I needed was a ADA compliant bathroom for my 82 yr old mother who has trouble getting into a bathtub and no railings in the bathtub or around the toilet for her to get up off of. I dealt with it because of location and ground floor but I am more than upset and mad because they had a handicapped room but it had been turned into an apartment by either this owner or previous owner. By law you have to have a percentage of handicapped rooms depending on size of hotel it is and while a wheelchair person could get into the room, they would NOT have been able to use the facilities because of how small the restroom was. Then the fact on Wednesday while there a pipe broke in the ceiling and rained water down into the tub. I have video of it at the end of the waterfall. Was changed to a different room...was told the rate would stay the same...I should hope so. And last but not least, room was not serviced daily. They missed Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Also had to get a flyswatter to combat the various flies that got into our room. I was up there to take of my mom's house and get it ready for sale, so was not there during the day, so there is no excuse as to why they couldn't get the room clean. My biggest concern is they are not ADA compliant. I kept the room clean myself as if it was my house. Also had to go buy a step stool since my 82 yr old mom could not get in the bed by herself..the beds are too tall for a short person to get in. If you were above 5'7" you would be fine. My mom is 5'1" so too short for the bed. Also, don't advertise that you have handicapped rooms when you don't.

Location was convenient, the room was clean, and everything worked well. The night was quiet. There were houseflies in the room. Fortunately, I collect insects and had a net that I used to collect over a dozen flies before I turned in for the night. Breakfast was a total bust as absolutely NOTHING remained to eat. That has NEVER happened in all of my previous travels. I did not approach the front desk about my disappointment because there was no way that she could not view the serving area, and my futile search for anything at all. Absolutely NOTHING!

It still smelled from the remodel, and there were 2 dead bugs on the floor.
-
If they opened the door to the parking lot side of the building, access to office would have been easier.
