I have never given a property a perfect score but this one earned it. Family owned and run..

The property was clean and the staff very friendly. The only things I didn’t like was that they don’t have curtains and that the parking is VERY limited.
-
Very basic, but newly remodeled and very clean.
-
By far the best place to stay in Salina. Very clean and all the staff members were friendly and polite. Only thing that would have made it better would have been some fluffy towels. It will be my go to place from now on when I’m in Salina.

Super clean, very friendly staff! Best hotel experience I have ever had at this price point!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was great! AC worked well. Walls were a little thin, but not a problem.
-
Clean and quiet. Breakfast was minimal but there are plenty of good options nearby. Would stay here again.

Motel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I will return to this hotel when I'm in Salina KS again. Thank you

Great

The outside of the hotel gave us a tiny bit of pause. There was nothing wrong with it, it just wasn’t like we normally would stay in. The entrance wasn’t even clearly marked. BUT, once we got inside, I’m not sure we’ve ever stayed anywhere as clean - including places that were 3 or 4 times the cost. The room and the shower were exceptionally nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely return. Had a bit of a hard time initially identifying the office.

Fantastic place to stay! None

For a reasonable price, this place surprised!

Very comfortable and clean. Property well maintained. Recommend to all

Air conditioning right next to the bed was kinda noisy, but worked well. Didn’t bother me, but you can hear the nearby train. Good experience for our 1 night stay.

I don't think there was breakfast Breakfast

Great little gem in Salina. Very clean rooms and comfortable. WiFi could use an upgrade. Also not much in the way of breakfast offerings especially coffee. We just went out a short distance to downtown to grab coffee. For the price...can't be beat.

Paint was up to date, nice white tile floors. Logical switches, refigerator and microwave. The curtains were only room darkening, not blackout. Hinges on bathroom door were odd in that they had oil showing. I am nit picking.

Exceptionally clean room rooms. The juice and coffee machines in the morning we’re not working. Also, I thought they could’ve used blackout curtains on the windows.
-
The room was very clean, and the desk clerk was really nice and helpful.

It is a small motel but clean. The nicer, larger rooms are in the newer section where the office and morning coffee and ice machine is located. On this visit we got the smaller, older motel room. For the price it isn't a bad deal but I much prefer the newer rooms. All rooms come with a microwave and refrigerator and the refrigerator is a nice size. There is adequate parking in front of the rooms.
