Wonderful location, short walking distance to the Steifel, a concert & entertainment venue. Many shops & restaurants nearby. Clean, spacious updated guest rooms. Very friendly & helpful staff.

I am concerned with security and safety has 1) hotel allowed someone else to check into my room with no ID, 2) keycard access was given to my room to another family member, without my conset No apologies were given when questioned during my stay, just kept reiterating that it was very "confusing"

Beautiful hotel, loved the suite with kitchen (even though we didn’t use much), friendly staff, tasty all-inclusive breakfast, lovely patio, walkable downtown, well-maintained indoor pool that was perfect for our younger kids with shorter levels and steps. Couldn’t have been a better stay. We were just passing through, but I’d consider coming back just to spend a weekend there. Nice park nearby and a small water park that was very affordable and fun for all ages.

It was a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The kids loved the heated pool and breakfast was abundant. Front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful.
