Our King room was dirty...the tile floor looked like it was mopped with dirty water. The shower had very low pressure, almost hard to rinse off. There was scummy stuff around the shower door it looked like mold.Hallway carpet was pretty gross. Hotel has a restaurant so we pre-paid for breakfast. We assumed it would be cook to order but was the same hot buffet other hotels give for free. WE WILL NOT STAY AGAIN.

Very disappointed. The breakfast is NOT included. The beds are NOT queens more like full size. My friends that had also booked a handicap room, were told they didn't have any!! My friend had such a terrible time just trying to get onto the bed, into the shower and off of the toilet because they didn't have the handicap accessible room that they had booked. The ad also stated breakfast was included which it was not. I will never stay there again. Hilton Garden Inn, which my husband built (framed) is so much better, I wish we had stayed there. We only chose this hotel because they said they had a handicap accessible room.

The room was clean and fresh with very nice new towels and bedding. When we awoke, there was no water. We had to call the front desk to find out, no showers before we got back on the road. I requested a partial credit and they offered us breakfast (from this facility with no water).Very disappointing 😑

Beds were comfortable and room was very clean, we weren’t there long but was a good sleep for a single night

The only issue I had was the air conditioner did not seem to want to run well. It was a little too warm in the room for my liking but other than that it was a nice hotel.

The front desk was rude and not helpful this is my 3rd IHG stay that was very disappointing.The property in Great Bend Ks was always wonderful but some of the other locations have not lived up to that expectation. I will never book again!
