The room was clean and fresh with very nice new towels and bedding. When we awoke, there was no water. We had to call the front desk to find out, no showers before we got back on the road. I requested a partial credit and they offered us breakfast (from this facility with no water).Very disappointing 😑

Beds were comfortable and room was very clean, we weren’t there long but was a good sleep for a single night

The only issue I had was the air conditioner did not seem to want to run well. It was a little too warm in the room for my liking but other than that it was a nice hotel.

The front desk was rude and not helpful this is my 3rd IHG stay that was very disappointing.The property in Great Bend Ks was always wonderful but some of the other locations have not lived up to that expectation. I will never book again!

Best sheets ever! bed was a bit firm for my liking but those sheets and pillows were awesome!

The absolute bet hotel on our 5,000 mile journey. The room was cleaned by Maria and it was impeccable. The sheets were like butter and the bed was like a cloud. The a/c worked like a dream and was quiet. I loved this place. The ppl were kind. We would have loved to have stayed longer than one night!! Don’t pass this place up!!
