The person checking us in was very friendly and professional. Room was very nice and clean, bed was very comfortable and the shower worked great.

No one was at the front desk when we were trying to check in. Had to wait 10 minutes. At breakfast the next morning, the woman working came to our table and took our things and started wiping the table while we were still sitting down.

Fantastic beds but the internet is weak in parts of the hotel and nonexistent in our third floor room.

Front desk staff member not very friendly and not helpful at all. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Pool was open but the hot tub was broken so they just emptied it and said they were just going to fill it in and no longer use it. Bar/restaurant had an okay selection but not great. Not a great place, but it gave us a place to rest for the night.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room was clean and I ordered dinner from the restaurant, it was very good. Would stay here again

Just include the cost in the room rate you charge everyone. It’s not like people are walking here. I’ve already paid for the room and I don’t find out till I get here that it’s another $16.

The only thing I had problem with was Expedia said breakfast included. It was not. And I stayed coming and going. Other than that it was great.

This hotel has the best wheelchair accessible room. The shower controls are right by the seat in the roll in shower.

Our King room was dirty...the tile floor looked like it was mopped with dirty water. The shower had very low pressure, almost hard to rinse off. There was scummy stuff around the shower door it looked like mold.Hallway carpet was pretty gross. Hotel has a restaurant so we pre-paid for breakfast. We assumed it would be cook to order but was the same hot buffet other hotels give for free. WE WILL NOT STAY AGAIN.
