Location was great! Mattress not comfortable. Room had to be fumigated with air freshner upon arrival. Towel rack bout to fall off wall.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. They seemed put out that they had to help at check-in. The bed was very firm and the room was quite small. Other than that, it was a place to sleep for the night and we were grateful for that!

Wonderful new hotel! Very clean and comfortable. Beds were amazing! All of the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was really nice. The breakfast was delicious! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping as well.

This is a nice facility that is well maintained and located. What I really want to address is the young woman who was at the checkout desk when we arrived. She was kind, efficient, and made the check in process easy and enjoyable. I wish I had gotten her name but I did not. She was medium height and build, blonde and had a smile that was amazing. She should be the person training the people at the reception desk.

We’ve been staying every time that we visit relatives. I needed a blanket for Grandkids, texted, just in minutes knock on door. Also always enjoy the omelettes on the breakfast menu, didn’t have any out this time, said something to the Hotel Clerk, she offered to go warm one up, the extra that she offered to do, very impressed.

This is a clean, comfortable, well maintained facility with easy on/off access to major roadways. It also has many good eateries nearby.
