The young lady at the desk was really great! She couldn't help us with a bathroom door issue, no maintenance personnel available, but she very courteous and did great with helping us with what was available... I hope all your staff is like her. The breakfast cleanup was lacking then extra morning. All the trash cans were full. Otherwise the rooms and the facility are very good...

was nice and big. Only thing I would improve about our room is to use larger King sized pillows for the king size bed we slept on. I am used to sleeping with king sized pillows both at home and in hotels

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. They seemed put out that they had to help at check-in. The bed was very firm and the room was quite small. Other than that, it was a place to sleep for the night and we were grateful for that!

Wonderful new hotel! Very clean and comfortable. Beds were amazing! All of the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was really nice. The breakfast was delicious! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping as well.
