Welcoming and helpful staff, clean room, quiet, well lit parking, hot breakfast, close proximity to dining, shopping and fuel. We stay here as a stopover every time we travel from Texas to Nebraska.

It was a short stay but it was a good stay. Would recommend.

In the correct town. I tried to cancel the payment to the first hotel, because the information on the website said free cancellation in all Caps red letters, they told me you have to do that 24 hours before you were supposed to arrive that info is in the RULES on a different page!!!!!. No money Back!!!!! BEWARE!!

How clean the facilities were. How nice the staff was. The access to the pool for my kids was the best. The mattresses were the best, very comfortable. Me and my family also liked the breakfast options. N/A

The front lobby has been through cheap renovation, but the rooms are run down. Our bathroom ceiling had mold discoloration. The doors and fixtures were original and worn. For $130 you should expect more. There is no store in the front to purchase basic medicines/supplies. They are claiming this to be 3 star. Not sure how the stars are given but there are 2.5 star options in town which are better, newer, and cheaper. It's frustrating when businesses charge you more for lower level of service. The front desk staff was helpful.

A little old and sparse but very clean and usable. We would stay here again.

Great location. Everything, shopping, restaurants is within walking distance

Rooms were very clean, air conditioning was amazing, shower had awesome pressure. Staff were helpful and informative. Breakfast was okay, not bad. Gym doesn't have anything to hang from to decompress the spine, especially after driving a long way. Wonderful stay for two nights, thank you!

Everything was great. Air conditioner in room was loud but bed was comfortable. Over all will stay there again.

Easy to access off the interstate and 10 min from downtown . Located in nice area. Not walkable, need to drive. Breakfast was not that good. Cereal, yogurt available. Eggs not appetizing and potatoes mushy. My husband liked the waffle maker. Otherwise had a nice stay, would stay again. But would go out for breakfast.

We experienced a recurring plumbing issue with the toilet. When first reported, staff provided us with a plunger and cleaning supplies and left us to handle it ourselves — without ever coming to assess the problem. The issue occurred again the following morning, and maintenance was eventually sent, spending over 30 minutes attempting a resolution. While plumbing issues can arise unexpectedly, it is not appropriate for paying guests to be responsible for cleaning up the overflow. That responsibility should rest with the hotel’s staff. A prompt, hands-on response would have made a significant difference. Aside from this incident, we had a genuinely pleasant stay, and I would encourage management to revisit their protocol for handling in-room maintenance issues.
