the noisy air conditioner in the room kept us awake all night

The room was clean but the bathroom had rust on the door frame and hinges, the shower rod was rusted and the sink stopper had rust around it. The bathroom door had paint missing from the bottom. Scuff marks on walls and doors. The hotel needs updating badly. When checking in I was asked if I would be using the pull out couch and I said yes. The person checking me in then went in the back room and brought me the bedding for the couch. I had to carry the bedding along with my bag. The breakfast was good and they have good quality teabags.

We have stayed here several times as we travel from AR to CO. This is a good halfway city and we have only stayed here. Very accommodating, kind and reasonably priced. We bring our dog and it is very comfortable for him too. We will continue to stay here when we have any future trips.

The only issue we had was being on the 3rd floor and the elevator not working (in the middle of the repairs) on the first night we stayed 7/12. By the time we returned for 7/17 it was working. The room is always clean and comfortable and the breakfast has enough variety to take care of all. This is one reason we have chosen this hotel anytime we are in Salina. This past Christmas we were traveling with our 2 pets which they accommodate beautifully. If you are traveling during the holiday season they decorate to make you feel at home.
