The staff did a wonderful job at making us feel welcomed. All of the staff were kind. That says a lot for the leadership at this location. Nothing!
-
Very clean room with friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing with lots of extras to please most anyone!
-
Friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room, fine location Renovations taking place, carpet badly worn but will probably be replaced soon?

The pool slide was cool, and the breakfast lady was awesome!

Breakfast was spot on. Very fulfilling. Location was very convenient. No soap dish holder in shower.

It did not hinder our stay though. I forgot my toothbrush and there were not any at the check in desk. Thankfully there was a gas station in walking distance that had a toothbrush. There was an odd smell in my room that I eventually got used to.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. They had a very good breakfast.

Got there and they had no electricity so didn’t stay

All kudos to the breakfast lady! Nothing

The room was clean. The staff was really friendly. The parking lot was really dark.

Breakfast was excellent! A lot to choose from. Not well lit, was under construction in much of the area. Pool was green. All of this may have been due to the storm that came through a couple weeks before. But it was a bit outdated.

Convenient, comfortable, good value. Very good. Breakfast They are remodeling, so some debris and dust. That was fine, but there was trash outside the building, including the patio area. We stayed here a few times several years ago, and the facilities were too-notch. It was just not the same.

Even with construction on the second floor was still a very pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, really good breakfast. Will definitely stay here again

The outdoor sitting area. No place to sit and play games.

Excellent breakfast, real eggs not powdered The property is undergoing major renovations, lots of storage bins and trash in parking lot, almost left because it looked very sketchy. I think not knowing was the biggest issue. The small pull out couch is too small and uncomfortable for an adult, my son weighs 130# and had a tough sleep. There was a broken Oreo cookie on the corner of the floor. The shower was new but had no pressure

Beds were comfy, breakfast was great, staff was friendly Our room was being remodeled and felt like we shouldn’t be staying in someone’s work space
-
Overall facility The fact that my credit card was charged twice the day after I checked out. No authorization. Now the staff will not answer. The phone just rings

We booked a two queen room and upon check in, were told that type of room wasn’t available so we were switched to a ‘brand new’ king suite. Not sure we have the same definition of a suite or brand new. The room had been updated in some capacities but remnants of what was there to begin with, which I’d have to assume was the mid-nineties, were still there. The last items worth mentioning are the tv in the room didn’t work (non functioning remote and only able to get one channel) and the toilet seat was broken and about to fall off. Because we were there for one night, it wasn’t even worth mentioning to the staff.

The breakfast was awesome. Booking.com also charged us $26 more than what the hotel showed as their nightly rate, so I'm a little peeved about that. The sofa bed was small and thin, so my two girls had a hard time settling down. We might just have needed a bigger room, though. We had our dog with us, but they put our room upstairs on the opposite end of the hotel as the outside dog area.

Also- lots of construction in the halls. Loud throughout the day.
