The ceiling fan in our room The website said it had a pool. There was no pool and the staff said it hasn't had one for at least 3 years

Very nice, affordable stay. Front desk staff extremely welcoming, great location close to shopping and dining. Also the complementary breakfast was nice.

The room seemed clean, however there was a strange smell. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from right as you walked in the door of the room.

Barley enough roon in the bathroom to turn around. From the outside, you could see what bad shape the curtains are in. They are ripped and torn.

The property was very clean and breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.

Value and desk staff. Size of room. Air conditioner didn't work. Wasn't uncomfortably hot, but was warm. Seiling fan and fixture didn't work. Otherwise room was choice.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the tub/shower did not drain well. We did report this to the front desk and was assured that they would check it out.

The hotel was fine. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and just fine overall. The breakfast was not very good -- the pancake machine was the only good thing, all the rest was pretty substandard and the coffee machine was just giving an awful beverage that I would hesitate to call coffee.

I booked this place online during major storm due to no power at home. I arrived to the facility, they have no power, and I couldn’t even get in the doors.

I had very little warm water for the shower which was very disappointing and the room was quite warm and it couldn't get cooled off. Texted the manager and nobody ever replied. The customer service was lackluster and they definitely need some lessons on improving customer service. Will not stay there again
