The room was musty. Smell was so bad I had to go buy air fresher to cover up the smell.

It was clean and the breakfast was decent.

Older hotel but room was a good size an bed was comfortable.

The rooms did not have any towels or washcloths. There was insufficient staff available to help with that issue. Only 1 person was on duty, they had to check in new guests, provide towels and washcloths, answer other technology questions, fixtures in the room did not work, some of the electrical plugs did not work, it was not good.

Dirty and not looked after all

This place is falling apart and the service is shocking. The place is dirty, in disrepair, smells bad, didn't serve a proper breakfast, breaks fire regulations and on top of that charged nearly $200 a night. I was expecting something nice as the cost was by far the highest of my three week trip around the US. I would strongly advise finding somewhere else to stay.

Very poor parking situation. Dog hair all over the bed and the air conditioner leaked into the room.

Staff were very nice! Breakfast was very good! I would not stay here again though because of the uncleanliness.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff when we checked in was kind, attentive, and professional despite it being late. She made the whole process easier for us which was great! And their breakfast was above and beyond! Waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, and more.

Side door open at 5:30am & could not be locked, key cards didn’t work right, had to reset them at desk & then took 3 times to get them to open door, room excellent, staff helpful but morning man at desk dressed sloppy, breakfast great but floor sticky

Room was clean. Room was crowded. Breakfast was not so good.

The breakfast was decent, and the staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. We couldn't find the remote control at first, so the front desk person brought us a new remote. That remote didn't really work well. When I get into bed that evening, I found the original remote inside the sheets. This makes me think that the hotel didn't fully swap out the sheets in between guests. Which is absolutely disgusting. In addition, the elevator doors didn't open when we were inside it. We ended up going up a floor, and they opened there. The elevator makes a really loud and probably not OK sound. We ended up taking the stairs the rest of our stay.

The location right off the interstate. Rooms are spacious. Little out dated. The TV in the room was tiny. No water pressure in the shower. They ran out of oj and apple juice at breakfast( where just in half gallon jugs)

May sound like a small thing, but in the hot KS Summers having cold water and cold iced tea in the lobby is a hit for me!

Was on the side next to the interstate. There was more traffic noise than I had expected. The TV didnt really help cover the noise. I have stayed here many times and overall been happy
