When we arrived, she wasn’t even sure if a room was ready for us because the cleaning staff didn’t clean all the rooms. Gross. The spa didn’t work. Pool was clean and breakfast was ok.

Greeted at the door by two garbage cans collecting water from the ceiling. Room didn’t appear to be cleaned as no towels, toilet paper used, furniture out of place, carpet dirty and worn, box spring not covered and mattress not completely covered. Stairwells were filthy and not vacuumed, ice machine broken on 3rd floor. Unusual musty smell in room and hotel. The couple checking in ahead of us said their room had two partially eaten meals in it. Worst experience we have ever had with Comfort Suites. This hotel does not live up to Comfort Suites standards.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Both of our rooms as well as all of the people from a large tour group that stayed there that I spoke to in the lobby were absolutely disgustingly filthy. I took pictures of everything. Check out my Google review if these dont allow pictures. No manager on duty for over 3 days? No available rooms to switch to, multiple people stated they should have slept in their cars on the tour bus. Dirty filthy carpeting, moldy grime in showers, dead bugs, wet dripping overflowing ac unit drain in hotel room soaking carpet, smelled, stained sheets, stained curtains, stains on walls, numerous gross stains on carpet, old blue soap on soap dish in shower from someone else, no toilet paper, crumbs and food in couch, tv didn't work, employee said oh im sorry. No offer to fix it. Laundry lady and front desk worker had no ability to help said manager wouldn't be in til 930am after 12pm I called again and asked they said oh they wont be here until Monday over 2 days away. This facility has no management, is in disrepair, filthy and disgusting. Mattress had no pad underneath jsut a sheet on the regular mattress. Gross! Cigarette burn in the chair....Cardboard boxes piled like trash in the entry way, I didnt even stay for breakfast after seeing the inside of the kitchen. Would have left that night except all hotels in area were sold out and I had multiple people. $355 after tax for two rooms that were filthy. No manager on purpose so guests cant demand a refund.

Convenient. Good Breakfast. Had a lot of trouble getting the room door to open.

Reserved two rooms for a business trip. One of which was great. We had to clean the bathroom floor in one of the rooms. Smelled of urine. Room overall had a strong smell, of what, don't know.

Room was clean. Breakfast had waffles, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, muffins, yogurt and fruit to choose from.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff was helpful but parking area was tight as I had a small trailer on my truck

The staff were wonderful!!! Only downside was our key cards kept having to be re set, other than that it was a good experience and the staff was very warm and welcoming

It was not a good experience. The room was not clean, no towels, no remote to the tv. For the money this was not what we expected

Room had terrible smell. Air coming from ac smelled heavily of mold. Carpet around ac was wet. Hallways were dirty.

The beds were comfortable, as was the pull out sofa… which was most important. There was no shampoo in the bathroom or sheets for the pullout. We had to go back to the front desk to pick them up. And even still the bed pack had no bottom sheet. So attention to detail and hospitality were for sure lacking, but we slept great and the room was big enough for my family with 3 teenage boys, so we were glad we stayed there.

Yes, the air conditioning was able to keep the room cool. Room was clean and was as expected.

Upon entering, the lobby had a distinct smell of mildew and strong cleanser. The exterior looked run down and had areas of broken stucco. The room was spacious and clean. The carpet seemed to be new and clean. The beds, bedding and pillows were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The lighting in the room was dim with all the lights on. My primary complaint was that the air conditioner in our room didn’t work properly and the room was warm most of the night.

3rd floor ice machine removed,hallways very hot over 100 degrees outside,took our room hours to cool down,not enough towels stocked in room no pressure in shower and the toilet barely flushed i feel liked for what I'd paid things should have been better and the desk clerk could barely speak English but the breakfast that was served was ok

With 2 beds and clutch that pulls out. Couch was dirty and sinking in. Now bedding for couch, only 2 towels in room. Breakfast was good.
