With 2 beds and clutch that pulls out. Couch was dirty and sinking in. Now bedding for couch, only 2 towels in room. Breakfast was good.

I am very sorry to have to make this comment, but it is unacceptable for a hotel to allow someone to smoke marijuana at the establishment's entrance.

2. Hands me the key pass sleeve, it's old and ripped. No instructions what room, nothing. 3. Elevator ride up is odd jerks, noises. Not feeling safe. 4. Old old and worn hallway, room. 5. Get in room. Stains on couch. 6. Bubble gum wad stuck on sill by the bed. 7. Cracked windows. 8. AC unit works well. 9. Grout in bathroom is missing, all tile needs new grout. 10. All bottles of shampoo and soap are just samples, all different!! 11. Looks like a great big poop is dried on the side of the AC unit. 12. Just filth found everywhere. None of us felt safe eating breakfast there, much less bathe in that bathroom. HOW how how, did Travelocity have such high reviews for this POS? Doesn't seem like reviews are credible after this horrible night. This is an asset by owners who clearly don't care about the building and they're overcharging way too much but squeezing every last penny out of unsuspecting travelers until the building eventually falls apart and they're left with trash. Hopefully reviews allows me to upload all my pictures.

For the most part everything was fine. One of the wash cloths in our room had small black hairs which was gross ans alot of them so I am not aure how that got folded and hung ip with no one noticing. Also the handrail in the bath tub had black mold in and around the bottom part of the handle.

We drove 4 hours to this hotel and arrived a little after 12am. I even sent a message to the property letting them know when we would arrive. We walked in and they looked at us funny and I said we were checking in and they said they were booked. I explained that my room was booked in advance already and he asked the date, I gave it to him and then he explains that they over booked and I need to the 3rd party company I booked through. We called around and drove around looking for another hotel until after 1am we finally found one. To me it seemed like they just kept checking people in without looking for previous bookings. But the way I was treated and blown off was unprofessional and I was furious because of how tired we were and we needed to wake up by 6am to have our son at the college.

Took 45 minutes to get checked in with 4 people in front of me. Every person that checked in before me came back to the front desk either because their keys didn’t work or there was already someone else in the room. I opened the door for my room and there was a man standing in it. I apologized and went back to the front desk. Gave me keys to a different room after the front desk said it was the owner in the room I just opened. The man at the front desk as struggling to get everybody checked in as the line kept getting longer. He needed help and there was no one available to help I guess. Got into our room and it was fine. There was obvious water damage in the corner of the room with wallpaper sagging and pulling up. The bathroom door didn’t sit right on the hinges and I got locked in. My husband had to shoulder the door open from the outside. Traveling with 3 daughters we opted to not close the bathroom door all the way so nobody else got locked in. If someone was alone and didn’t have a phone on them I can only imagine how long they would be stuck in there. The only reason I felt safe enough to stay after multiple people entering rooms that were already occupied was because I had my husband, we were armed and it was for a short night while on a road trip. This was so dangerous. The bathroom sink also leaked. I would never stay there again. Never witnessed so much chaos at hotel and never felt so unsafe at one before.

The reservations were all messed up and never fixed. They ended up canceling a bunch of people and then had us under the wrong name and tried to charge us again after we paid online. We showed them the receipt and it was ok after that. The pull out sofa was destroyed and unusable. There was no bedding to use and had to get it from the front desk. Then we had to go back for blankets. Bathroom was dirty. Keys were constantly needing reprogrammed.

Seemed a little run down. The air conditioner leaked on the floor in the room. The elevator shook every time that it stopped at your floor. Outside needed to be spruced up a bit.

One of the worst places I have stayed at,the mattresses are deeply stained, the bathrooms weren't cleaned. They gave us a key to someone else's room. The place looks runned down, avoid at all cost.

Real breakfast, big room, we had issue with the heater staff helped to get our clothes dried and always were looking to assist.

No shower curtain or towels, ask the manager with no response. Swiped towels from next door room that was propped open. Room was dirty!!!! Stay somewhere else!!!

We booked a room for 6, but the pull out couch was unusable because it was broken. There were no other rooms available to accommodate us. We were not offered a partial refund, a change in room rate, or any other option. In addition, our key cards to our room did not work. They tried to program them several times but there was an issue with the door reader. We were without cards to access our room, the gym, pool, etc. Cleanliness was just ok. The gentleman working the front desk was doing his best and we did appreciate his attempts to solve the issues that arose, but it’s clear that owners/management have not kept up with the overall maintenance of the hotel and it shows. The breakfast option were the only redeeming quality of this hotel. We would not consider staying here again.

Breakfast selection was great. Room ok; could have been cleaner. Oder to hotel and room. Wi-Fi was not secured. Picture of hotel is not a recent picture
-
Awful. The bed sheets were damp. There was trash and even a pair of tweezers from the previous guest still in the room. This may be the worse hotel I’ve ever visited in the United States.
-
Staff helpful key wouldn't open door staff got us in room. Parking is not great 😒
-
This facility should be closed and renovated as it gives the brand a bad reputation. The staffing practices should also be reviewed.
-
There was a musty smell noted in the room and stairwell. Would stay there again.

Door to room stuck making it hard to get in. Not enough towels, no kleenex and no sheets for sofa sleeper. Didn't empty trash and we stayed for two days. TV remote didn't work and missing light bulbs. Got to breakfast at 7:45 and had already run out of some of the food. Room was clean and big.
