I liked that the property was close to my destination. It wasn’t what I expected. I expected basic, but I didn’t expect was when the drapes fell down, the window was held together with packing tape and a plastic grocery bag and the grout around the tub had mold and there was a creepy bathroom window that I’m not sure was blacked out, but had a wooden spoon keeping it shut. The mattress was so old that I could feel the coils.

We liked that the room was clean and beds were good. We had to move 1 room because of a broken window and a/c wasn't working. But 2nd room was good.

It was downtown, which was a little further than we had planned to be from the interstate. But it was a nice drive and easy to find.

The Hotel did not express that their pool would not be available for my stay. The elevator was broken. That also was not mentioned. Had I been aware of these things, I would have asked for a 1st floor room instead of a 3rd floor room.

I had an amazing time, neighbor was a bit creepy and I think I saw him outside of our window, or maybe I’m being silly :3. Staff was very kind and only was 65$!!! A bang for your buck if you ask me. Nothing

It was so frightening to even go inside the building, in a very bad neighborhood, no lights in parking, homeless people in the parking lot and not very welcoming. It looks unsafe for a single women to stay in alone. I called to cancel, was told I had to pay the full price even if I cancel. The description of the hotel is not at all what’s going on. Waiting to see if I will get charged had to find another hotel. Where most hotels here are booked for the night. Not much choices. Will dispute w bank if charged for the room. Hopefully the hotel management will cancel with out fees since there’s not good lighting out side. Will update after billing is resolved.
