Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast brought to your room in the morning.

The building is nice (historic property), and the decor was playful and well done. The food was good, and the staff were very helpful. The recommendations I have are to change the carpet and install some kind of scent ambience, because the age of the building shows a bit.

Super cute 100+ year old building. Helpful staff. Really lovely included breakfast. Delightfully novel themed rooms. Comfortable beds. Free parking. Convenient location without being downtown. The room I stayed in didn't have its own climate control. I did find a really nice portable heater in the closet, but my challenge was the room was too warm for my liking and I had no way of cooling the room. Its a 100+ year old building, so there are some quirks that need to be accommodated, just FYI

This place is a scam. The room we had cost $354.00 and was a small attic, with old cheap jungle stuff lying around. No AC, No windows that opened, and one window you can look out, nothing like the pictures showed, NOTHING. Breakfast was 45min late, in the morning we could not find anyone who we could speak with, that didn't need a translator app. This felt like a room where a John would take their trick, except as expensive as the Grand America. Horrible place.

The room was an exercise in how to use space badly, The bath was designed to take a mid-teens elephant with keeper operated controls which were not explained to us so we couldn't use the shower and we had to rely on the wash basin. The bed was jammed on a corner. There was no room left for a decent size table. The exit signage was so poor that at my first attempt I took the fire escape stairs instead of the internal stairs and ended up at a locked fire exit door. There was no way I saw signposted to exit (shades of Towering Inferno!). And I had to go back to the top floor to finally find my way down by another staircase. The room window was filthy that one couldn't see out. More over the wall under the window was so thin that the traffic noise was like sleeping at sidewalk level under the traffic lights, until well after midnight. And, of course it started back up again first thing on the morning. Pretty well everything.

I stayed in the Mysteries of Egypt room. It was incredible. The shower is a cobra. Breakfast delivered to my room with a knock. This place is amazing. The front desk person Erin opened the rooms that weren’t occupied for me so I could see the different themes. It was awesome! N/A

but everything else was great

The property is really neat with the different themed rooms. Overall, the hotel was great. But our shower kept the faucet running, so showering just wasted a ton of water. Our bathroom was an outhouse. For some reason, they cut a moon into the door and not cover it. You can look into the toilet while your SO uses it. Otherwise, it’s in a good location and really cute.

Very friendly staff, Very comfortable room and bed. The themed rooms are so fun! Breakfast delivered to our room!! What a nice surprise.

2-Misleading room description on booking.com (booking.com or property issue): there is no view of garden and pool. The room is underground! Nice though 3-Double payment though I hope it will be resolved soon

The comfort of the Inn was like coming home to stay with family, Erin and Saul was very kind and loving.

The tub in the Victorian room was amazing! It was hot and the jets were nice. For us, it might have been the best part of the day. Parking: I was moving and wanted to treat my gf to a nice place for the night. I tried to call ahead and confirm if they had parking for my 16' truck towing a car. In over a dozen calls, the front desk never picked up. I tried calling their sister location for a staff to staff outreach and while I spoke to a person who promised a call back, the location I stayed at never called back. I messaged my parking request, via Booking and received a 'Request Accepted' response and nothing more. Upon arrival, I was told I could park in the temple parking lot behind the Inn. An hour later I got a hour call saying my truck was about to be towed for being parked there. So, calls not answered, and they bad information provided by the front desk. After the phone call, a suitable solution to park at the other location was provided. All worked out in the end. The staff knows that Booking does not have the most accurate descriptions of the property. I wish they would take more positive actions to resolve this. Our did not latch, so if only one of us was in there, we either had to lock the dead bolt of leave the door unlatched. It's a simple maintenance fix when they are ready. There were not many places to put bags or hang clothes, even while getting ready for supper. The rooms do not have individual AC control. They have heat, but no way to drive temperatures down and the windows don't open. They to provide box fans and the front desk turned the AC down (made it cooler) for the first floor.

Hidden gem-Great location and a super chill spot💥

We know it’s not your fault since we booked through a third party, the room isn’t a themed room like we expected. Since we came all the way from California, that part was a little disappointing. Our reservation shows "King Room with Lake View" Otherwise everything is clean and fine.

It was quaint and fun! Different room decor! A bit difficult to get into parking lot but once I understood how it worked it was fine
-
Everything was good i will try a different room next time

My wife and I really enjoyed spending our first night of our honeymoon here. What an incredible place! Very clean and comfortable.
