Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

Our service was awesome. Clean room, comfortable bed and good breakfast.

Bed and pillows were so comfortable! So close to airport. There was nothing we didn't like.

Pillows are small, barely enough parking.

We loved the location of the hotel. Only minutes in to center of town but away from all the traffic and congestion. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Great stay. Nothing.

Clean room. Polite staff. Good breakfast. Pool was FREEZING.

The hotel is clean and the airport shuttle is very helpful. There are not many restaurants around the facility

I didn't like that we could not get the football game we wanted to watch on TV, and we had to go to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the game.

Perfectly decent hotel for when you need to stay near the SLC airport. Was able to use their shuttle service to get a ride to the airport at 4:30am on the day of my departure.

Breakfast is good, room is clean and larger

Staff was friendly and helpful, had all the required amenities for the stay. It is pretty isolated from restaurants and stores.

After a rough start last night. Mahina was so good to us and I saw her at breakfast and was able to apologize more. I had had a long rough day yesterday but she calmed me down and was so kind

I had an early flight so I missed breakfast but coffee would have been nice.

We came down at 4:45 the next morning to catch our airport shuttle. No one was around. We called, knocked on a door by the office. My friend even went around behind and tried their phone!! Ten minutes later a young man came out and told us we were not to do that and he was there two minutes ago!! No it 10 minutes. The he said the lady from last night didn’t know what she was doing. She hadn’t had me fill out a form to leave our car and pay ahead and it could have been towed!! I have Never had problems like this or been treated so bad. He changed me 43.38 or something that has gone through and said it was a good deal We are flying back tonight and hopefully things get corrected!! I will Never stay here again!!!

No problems room was fine

Beds were overall comfortable . Tv situation was a joke. Clean Remote so you couldn’t play ANY streaming service . Not off your phone or the tv. Had to purchase a streaming stick from Target and YouTubed how to get around their system so we could enjoy our time in the room at night. Staff broke a brand new water bottle and was given a blank response . Won’t be staying at another one again
