Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

Needs slight improvement.Shower temperature was going in and out from hot to warm to cool warm consistently. TV was new but kinda disappointed they went with a low end set. I like to stay at hotels with a higher budget model tv. Bed was very comfortable and slept well. Room was very clean. I would stay there again but hope they care enough to improve these things.

Great place for the night

The breakfast was delicious! The staff who ran it were fantastic, made sure everything was clean, and we're always there to ensure you were happy and well fed.

Hot Tub was great. Pool was nice and clean. Room was nice. Breakfast was decent.

The location, shuttle to the airport, room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Room was not cleaned, or bed made or towels replaced after one night stay.

It was just an average hotel. Not great but not bad. Would have liked more expansive breakfast.

The room was very clean. It was remarkably quiet for being so close to the airport and freeways.

Both bed sheets and the chair in the room were dirty. I asked for a new room, and was told there were non available. I asked for cleaning service in the room, and was told no one was available to clean. I asked for a refund from the hotel, and well as hotels.com and both refused. We left, didn’t stay at that nasty place. Absolutely the worst customer service, and an awful experience. Now I’m out $160+. Do better.

The walls were thin and you could hear everything. The tv didn’t work and the staff gave me some things to try but it never worked.

Clean common spaces and room. However when we contacted the property that we needed to cancel a 2nd reservation in the future by 4 days due to a medical emergency and requested a refund. Nothing was offered.

where was the pool> upon check in clerk said there would be $200 hold on my account. This was NOT shared with me when I checked in upon check out, shared that I had to go to booking to get my receipt. very inconvenient

The waffles and shower pressure were great

Breakfast was very good, the staff kept the food replenished. The bathroom faucet broke my first day, but the staff had it fixed quickly
