Garner Hotel Salt Lake City Airport by IHG

Location The elevator was broken, water damage on the ceiling, stained carpet in hallways and room, no tissue (there were containers but they were empty), no extra toilet paper (roll was almost empty). The door to the room (and others on the floor):had missing parts. I would expect an IHG Brand hotel to have better standards.

Great, new facility and comfy bed! Would stay there again. Mini frig AND freezer worked great enough to refreeze my freezer packs! Rarely find those to work so well!

There are minimal protein choices for breakfast. More protein please!

Hotel looks old/dirty. Carpets on the second floor looked like it may have had an oil spill or other strange trail of filth. Bathroom floor had hairs left in it, and walls looked like they have not been cared for in over 5 years. And behind the door to the room is some wood coat rack that almost came off and fell to the ground when I accidentally touched it shutting the door.

The property and rooms need a regular maintenance person. It was an OK place to stay but, not some place I would ever recommend.

The room was clean and adequate. The price fair and reasonable The breakfast was decent. Coffee very good! Only negative comment, the hallways and stairs were dirty, carpeting needs steam cleaning. Otherwise a decent place. And we were able to leave our car at the hotel and get shuttle to airport.

Easy to find, great staff, comfortable beds, shower was clogged and didn't drain, bathroom floor had hair on it when we checked in.

Great room and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast, complimentary cookies and coffee in lobby. Nice location to airport.

Coffee beans: the best coffee ever! Shower and bathroom Dove products plenty. Carpet second floor really in need of deep cleaning

The pool, the hot tub, the breakfast,cleanliness, and the quietness The pool is way too hot.. I went from the hot tub to the pool thinking it was going to be cool. It felt hotter than the actual hot tub

Clean property, nice staff. The hotel is at the very end of the strip, furthest away from the airport. This wasn’t terrible- it was only a 5 minute difference.

Great place, very comfortable and the price is good
